I picked up by truck several hours later and was absolutely impressed, to the point that I purchased another one for a family member the next day. When looking for window tint options for my Tesla, I settled on them as the installer due to their experience and professionalism. I had several concerns about the access to the vehicle and the type of tinting they would do with all the glass. After briefly speaking with one of them, all concerns were addressed and I ultimately elected to go with the ceramic tint option. Overall I've had no complaints about Big Daddy's and would absolutely recommend them for anyone that's looking to modify their vehicle. I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.
