Which means more money for the company. Did he climb up to said roof to see the problem? No. Did he ask to see the interior where water is actually leaking? No. While this "estimate" only lasted about 5-10 minutes, was it a waste of both of our time? Yes.

Other groups were quoting me upwards of $20k for a job which I obviously refused. Talking to some other companies, it's like talking to cars salespeople where they try to upsell you on everything - NCC's quotes, in contrast, are very reasonable and they work fast. Apparently they don't understand the concept of "Lifetime" Anyway, the current owner won't even talk to me. A signed letter from Mr Sam Hammaker makes no difference. I guess he's no longer around. I wouldn't do business with this company but if you do, don't count on any warranty On more thing, the written response to me said that "no warranty was given" back in 2007.
