Both Drs. Stine and Oji are my surgeons. They are superb. Dr. Stine was my surgeon for my very involved and highly successful rotator cuff surgery. He is my "go to" surgeon for all things orthopedic. Dr. Oji is my ankle and foot man. I adore both of these men. No one will touch me but them or someone to whom they refer me. I can't speak highly enough of TRI-VALLEY and the team there. ADDITIONALLY the staff at reception is excellent, warm, caring and friendly. Scheduling personnel is also great. Top to bottom, end to end this is a top flight group; every person regardless of function. You can't find a more caring, talented, compassionate, and skilled group of people. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Rush several years ago for plantar fasciitis and had a very positive experience with custom orthotics. I successfully ordered replacement orthotics once before, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. At a December 2025 appointment, I was told that custom orthotics were no longer offered and that Tri-Valley Orthopedics now sells an over-the-counter branded insole instead. I wanted multiple pairs for different shoes and requested six pairs so I would not need future appointments simply to purchase replacements. Six months later, the insoles are still unavailable. Communication has been the biggest issue. The phone system no longer allows direct access to the office, messages left for the medical assistant have gone unanswered, emails have not been returned, and there is no clear way to speak with an office manager regarding the situation. At one point I was told insoles were available for pickup, so I scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment, it was canceled because the insoles were actually not in stock. Now they are calling saying I missed my appointment. See screenshots. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and inability to resolve a straightforward purchase request ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. Negative stars if I could. This is not the clinic if you are experiencing back pain or have any injury that could be related to the spine. 1000%. I was given the run around multiple times, TVO physical therapy told me to go home and "rest" for 3 weeks and take Advil for what later was found out to be a disc injury. The Dr I saw here at Tri-Valley Ortho recommended PT without even ordering an MRI first to see what the injury was - how can you know what to do PT for if you are guessing what the injury is from an X-ray? Meanwhile for 6 weeks I kept coming back to TVO to see the Dr that my pain was getting worse with tingling in my legs and a burning sensation in my hamstring and they kept prescribing new Rx's for medication and trying to convince me that I wasn't resting enough (nothing helped). At several points, I had questions about Rx refill or what was safe to take together and office staff never returned my phone calls, even after I called the scheduling office and front desk for help to contact a medical assistant or Dr. (I was calling during normal business hours as well and still couldn't reach anyone for days). After every appointment, the Dr made me feel that there was no treatment plan or next steps or any continuity from one appointment to the next. The Dr appeared to have no memory of our previous discussions leaving me to feel completely isolated and that it was up to me to guide my treatment and research options to propose. I was being nice when I said I'd give 0 stars -- I'd actually give -5 stars if I could. They sold me a foot insert, claiming it wasn't covered by insurance, and charged me $70 upfront at the apor. Later, I received another bill for $130 instead. The bill was sent through Privia, and every time I call, they say they can't look into the details of the charges. On top of that, there's another $30 charge that I have no idea what it's for. My last visit was six months ago, and I've already paid all my previous bills. This review is for Steven Liu. If I could give a negative 5 I would. Dr. Liu was rude, unprofessional and condescending. He was unprepared for my appointment and kept claiming that images Tri-Valley Orthopedic already has in their system were not there. I knew for a fact my relevant images were already in their system as well as a relevant report. However, Dr. Liu told me in a very condescending tone, "I know you WANT the images to be there (in their system) but talking more won't make them be there." So when it was clear Dr. Liu wasn't going to help me I ended up speaking with a very kind and helpful person at the front office on my way out who promptly located the images and report. All the office staff present were very helpful. But this was after Dr. Liu had already wasted time being argumentative about the matter. Dr. Liu was brushing me off due to his own incompetence and that of his medical assistant in bothering to locate what took just a moment for a front office person to find. Additionally, he was only going to look at one body part, with zero interest in even trying to track down whether my pain is referred or due to an issue at the site of pain itself. He never even came into the medical room where I was waiting to see him for my appointment. I ended up having to go into the hallway to try to speak with him and to try to help him and his medical assistant to locate those particular images/report. Dr. Liu had no concern for my well-being at all. He seemed in a hurry to simply move on to another patient with doing nothing at all to even try to help me. I waited months for this appointment. Unfortunately another Dr. in the practice who I'd seen previously who is very professional had told me that Dr. Liu would find a way to help me even if I wasn't able to do a cervical MRI, which I tried twice to do. Unfortunately that Dr. was mistaken and Dr. Liu wouldn't even look at my X-rays in liu of the MRI images he and his medical assistant were too incompetent to locate in their own system, despite being easy to find by a very helpful and kind person in the front office. His medical assistant appeared bored and as though she couldn't be bothered to do her job. She also clearly looked confused by the correct medical terminology I was using when trying to explain where I hurt. This whole ordeal was such a waste of my time and that of my friend who accompanied me. She was equally appalled and put off by Steven Liu's behavior and lack of professionalism. I can't express enough how much I wish I'd never bothered to pursue medical care from Dr. Liu. I'm still left in severe pain which I've been navigating for just over two years. I'm going to focus this review on the extreme helpfulness of one employee, Sonia. She works in the Pleasanton office, and she's a problem solver. We were supposed to have a referral from Stanford orthopedics for an MRI, and if you read my review of that group, you know what happened. Sonia let me know where I could get a same-day MRI, and kept a space open for us in their Tracy office, while I *tried* to get the referral. That's a long story, told elsewhere. Sonia also helped with some billing issues that arose for both Blondie and Allergy Boy, both of which got MRIs here, which went very well. I'm the medical bureaucracy guy in the family, so I'm used to frustrating encounters with offices, insurers, and so forth. This was just the opposite. She took ownership of our concerns, and got them resolved. Then she gave me her direct extension in case the billing group made another error, so she could deal with it. Since we're only marginally insured recently, and had to pay cash for the services, I appreciate all the help you provided. Thank you so much!! read more

I have seen Dr. Julie Long spine specialist multiple times, though she is a great surgeon, I end up waiting over an hour for the entire waiting room to empty before they take me in. I have a set appt. time. This time almost two hours! Why are u letting in patients before me with later appointments with Dr. Long?This has happened at least 3 times. This review is for Steven Liu, the pain specialist who thinks he's an ortho or neurologist. made us wait for an hour, rushed in and muttered some apologies for being late. Offered my 91 year old mother a third epidural (he said you can get up to 6 epidurals a year!) and offered more Norco. Didn't even remember that he px Gabapentin for my geriatric mother. NEVER once touched or examined my mother. The whole visit lasted no more than 3 minutes. If you look at his number of back injections and epidural, he's way over what other physicians in the CA state did. What a disservice for Tri-Valley patients who need care with their spine. read more

I've been having pain in my left knee that Dr. Stine diagnosed as bone on bone arthritis. He suggested a knee replacement and I asked and anything could be done to reduce the pain. First, he injected HA which made it worse three days before our family vacation in Hawaii. ( I informed him that this vacation was scheduled and he stated that was no issue doing getting the HA and going on vacation.) About 4 months later, I returned and he injected the knee with cortisone. Before he did so, I reminded him that I have type 2 diabetes and his response that the shot would not be an issue. This repeated 3 more times with shots administered by his PA until this Jan. When I requested an appointment with Dr Stine personally and stated I wanted to discuss if it was time for knee replacement and that due to the pain that I would like a cortisone shoot as we would be going to Cabo in early Feb. It was obvious that he felt that I was wasting his time by having to see me, he sarcastically stated that the procedure was "elective surgery" after both he and his PA had pushed me for 18 months to have him do the surgery, and finally due to my diabetes there would be no more shots. Dr. Stine never looked at my charts as my A1c test was 2 years overdue and that he did not have any idea where sugar level really was. So now it's elective surgery which Medicare does not like to pay for and that since I have diabetes I could not have cortisone shots. Amazing! Guess what he knee that I have back surgery in 2022 and my A1cs had not changed since I had not had any new blood tests since then and I had no issues with the wound, and finally that he and his PA were the ones pushing surgery. His final comment was schedule an appointment in 4 months as he was booked out until then. Well, he's fired and I found a real surgeon- one that has the knowledge and ability to do a computer assisted procedure and one that actually listens and communicates. read more

=This review is solely about the practise, not physicians= My son had been seeing Dr. Rush since January this year. We had been doing all sort of testing, x-ray, MRI and discussed on surgery on his foot some time this summer. Our problem came up just recently after our 4/7 visit with the doc, when our insurance, Aetna PPO's note came in telling us Dr. Rush is out of their network now. Unfortunately, the official date was 4/3 so our visit on 4/7 was deemed out-of-network with significantly out of pocket share including a test that wasn't even performed (I was in the exam room and observed everything). I don't know why Tri Valley didn't notify their patients for the change, as this is against patient's right. This attitude is the first one I came across in all health industries. What's laughable was, I called the office and of course, got transferred to a call center -God Knows where- the guy said "Dr. Rush and the practise are still with Aetna. A lot of patients have been calling but we are still with Aetna". I was skeptical and called Dr. Rush's MA, Jenny, and was told a totally different story. She calmly said Dr. Rush is no longer in contract with Aetna since April 1st????? So, who should I bring my complain up to, that I have been unfairly charged this higher cost? How would I know my physician would suddenly hop out of my insurance coverage when everything was just fine? I called in 4/4 for appt and was miraculously (or should I say suspiciously) scheduled immediately on 4/7 (maybe tons of ppl canceling?) since typically it takes weeks for appt to get scheduled. I came here to write a review and found out Tri Valley has had disappointing bad reviews here and there. I wish I had been earlier so I didn't have to spend so much $$, effort and time. This was the first time I had ever experienced something like this. I now have to start my son's treatment from ground zero. No apology, no advice or recommendation or words from Tri Valley Orthopedics. If you are Dr. Rush's patients and under Aetna, be warned, he is no longer with Aetna! =updated review= Today 4/16 I received communication from Aetna that Dr. Rush is back in network with them. But still no communication from Tri Valley thus far and I still had my "out of network" charge that I need to somehow solve, if that's even possible. Great surgeons. I believe several of the surgeons used to be part of the NorCal Spine Center. The only issue is getting an appointment with them. Since Stanford in Palo Alto purchased all the Tri-Valley medicine personnel and Valley Care Hospital, they now use a master call center over in Palo Alto. The worst thing that could have happened. Poor physicians, poor local staff, and worst of all, poor patients. Pleasanton only has one MRI machine. That means I can't get seen for over three months. Stanford is now an awful center. read more

I fractured my foot and went to the emergency room. They took xrays and confirmed the fracture. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon. The clinic they referred me to is out of network with my insurance. I contacted my insurance and they found Tri-Valley Orthopedics Specialists, Inc. as one of the clinics in my network. I contacted them to see if I could be seen by them. They asked me for a referral from my primary care physician, which I did. I had my PCP to send them the referral. I called them and said that they needed the referral to be sent by my insurance company (Imperial Health). It seems that they are more interested in getting paid than the welfare of the patient. They said that could not schedule a visit without the referral, but guess what? They have the referral, both from my PCP and from my insurance and yet, 4 weeks later, they have not called me to schedule a visit. I hope you have better luck with them, but I would not go there even if they called me. Their bureaucracy does not help patients. It hinders patients' healthcare and welfare. I advise you to research other options. read more

I do not know who handles their scheduling for appointments, but he needs to be replaced immediately. I called on a Monday, and apparently, their system was down. He told me he'd call back in 30 minutes to an hour. By Thursday, I still hadn't received a call back, so I called again. Same man picked up the phone and (again) he was very difficult to hear and understand. When I asked him to repeat his question, he immediately became very condescending and began speaking to me in a very slow and rude tone. After I provided all of my insurance information, he refused to make me an appointment because of "a past due balance." We have never been to this office, we have no past-due balance with any provider, and our insurance is paid in full. He adamantly refused to make an the appointment until he "spoke with" his supervisor. He said he'd call me back in 15 minutes... Here we are HOURS later and no call. They say they need 72 hours to get back to you if they want to provide you an appointment or not, even if you have PPO insurance. What is patient's right? to suffer and wait to see if they want to schedule an appointment for you even if you have PPO insurance. This is the lowest level of service I have ever seen in my life. **TLDR: If you want to make an appointment in a timely manner, choose a different facility. This is especially true if you have a PPO/ POS plan - you can decide where to go and what provider you want, so pick elsewhere.** As mentioned in previous reviews, their customer service is outsourced to a call center overseas. Are you a new patient? Want to make an appointment? Well, you have to speak with someone who isn't American to see a doctor in America. As you can imagine, outsourcing customer service creates a lot of issues. Foremost is that there seems to be a lot lost in translation, so there are misunderstandings that do not need to happen. Want to see a specific doctor? Well, the call center employees will either unintentionally not understand or intentionally pretend not to hear you. I live in Pleasanton and requested to see a specific doctor at the Pleasanton office. The customer service rep insisted that I see a different doctor in a different city. I ultimately had to go to the office in person to make an appointment, which should not be necessary. I should have been able to make an appointment in a timely manner over the phone. I want to highlight that there's no way to call the office directly, no way to circumvent the call center as a new patient. Perhaps most egregious is that I have an Aetna PPO plan (list here https://www.aetna.com/health-insurance-plans/ppo.html). When I log into my member portal, it is clear that both Tri-Valley Ortho and the doctor I requested are in-network. Both the call center rep and the receptionist in the office told me that I was out-of-network and needed to pay expenses for the appointment out-of-pocket. I had to spend more time calling Aetna's health concierge to [a] confirm that my plan is a PPO plan, and [b] confirm that both Tri-Valley Ortho and the doctor I requested are in-network. As the patient, I should not have been responsible for insurance verification. Furthermore, my Aetna concierge suggested that Tri-Valley Ortho would have double-dipped if I had gone to my appointment - they would have charged both me and my insurance for the visit. I spoke to the office manager, Tinisha (sp?), over the phone concerning my issues with [1] the call center experience, and [2] the office's inability to recognize that my insurance is a PPO plan. While she stated that she would investigate my interaction with the call center, from the history we can piece together from the recent reviews, it seems that this is a long-standing problem. When I mentioned that my Aetna concierge said that my plan is a PPO plan and that this practice is in-network, all she said was "good". No apology for making me do the job of this office in insurance benefits verification. I chose this practice because I wanted to see either Dr. Julie Long or Dr. Steven Liu based on their good reviews. At the end of the day, no matter how good a doctor is, no patient who can choose his/her provider will choose to go through hoops with difficult office staff. I will be going to a different doctor at a different practice with more competent and pleasant office staff, right across the street. Tri-Valley Orthopedic Specialists is part of Bass Medical Group, which is "a large physician owned, physician directed, and patient centered organization" per LinkedIn. Only if we would of read these reviews prior to getting surgery we probably wouldn't have chosen this location. My husband has been having the hardest time trying to get in contact with this office for follow up and work related paperwork. They are not responsive to clients post surgery. Sometimes it takes a week for a response. This isn't good practice. Dr. Rush's bedside manners are horrible. I would definitely reconsider this location for any invasive procedures. read more

After 10 days I gave up and started over with Golden State (highly recommend). Because of tri valley I was in a cast waiting on surgery 2 weeks more than needed. Dr Bugner treated me for a damaged nerve in my right arm that affected my right arm and hand, after 3 weeks of aftercare my elbow filled with fluid the size of a large golf ball, she wanted to start over again, told her I couldn't trust her. All the Doctors in that facility are sub-par as I've seen most of them for injuries and they would not even follow up with new appointments. Their staff are completely incompetent. After my doctor sent them a referral for an orthopedic consult, I called to make an appointment and the individual that answered the phone said he didn't have the ability to see referrals nor take appointments. Then, he transferred me to Dr Burgar's medical assistant where I left a voicemail. Since this didn't seem correct to me, I called the same number back and somebody else answered the phone. The new person I spoke with said I called the right number, she found my referral, and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Approximately 40 minutes later, another person from this business called me and said that although my network is Hills Physicians and this business is also in network with Hills Physicians, I'm technically in a different region even though I live 15 minutes away from this office. Therefore, they would not be able to see me because I'm outside of their region and insurance won't cover it. Complete waste of time dealing with them. read more

Specialists are very good but kinda weird the way it works - you get your treatment and then all of a sudden someone else takes over to run you through your exercises...no intro's and those people are often looking after at least one other person with their exercises. After Dr. Long who I would rate with 5 stars (referred my mother for an MRI) Dr. Steven Liu was scheduled to give my Mother an injection for pain. He quickly told her she wouldn't get the injection because there was another test needed, he explained dismissively as if she was supposed to have known. During the visit Dr. Liu never made eye contact and when he spoke to her said about the pain he told her, "you are 81" as if she was supposed to be in pain. He was dismissive and uncaring. Walking out he stood and looked at her as if to signal that the visit was over, she asked if he was going to schedule the appointment for the next test? He said, I don't do that kind of thing I have people for that. She is one of many folks that suffer from severe back pain. Extending her suffering for another two weeks while also being condescending to a senior is low class. Please consider this review before visiting Dr. Liu. read more

Scheduled follow up 6 weeks later, per recommendation. Was called a few weeks prior to say Dr will be on vacation, best option was PA 8 weeks out. Got several e.mails/texts to confirm appt - which I did. Arrived for appt, and waited in exam room for 45 minute before leaving. Asked to reschedule and was told 2 months out. TOTAL DISRESPECT OF PATIENT TIME. Update: Got e.mail reminder for rescheduled appt 2 months out. Yes, still have tennis elbow - but really, what are they gonna do about it. No need to sit in a waiting room for hours. So, I hit cancel via the e.mail link. Evidently, it didn't work - but I got a voicemail saying if I didn't call to make a new appointment they would charge me a $25 no show fee? read more

Lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating. Referred here but was not very useful compared to the large bill we received. The office seems fully staffed but to get a person on the actual line is pretty much impossible. We simply needed a payment invoice for a payment we paid and after months of messages and attempts, still no response. We have left messages multiple times as we can never get a live person. Then took a different route and tried to set an appointment, then we get a live person that simply could not provide the payment invoice but transferred us to the line to leave yet another voicemail. How hard can this really be??? I have requested multiple payment invoices in the past from smaller and larger offices and never had such complications!! Dr Liu made me wait 50 minutes for him, and then when he eventually arrived (as I was about to leave because we too, have busy lives and business commitments), he was uncaring, dismissive, and told me my MRI indicated my spine was good for my age (approaching 60). Without providing much explanation for my chronic back pain, his solution was I should learn to live with it, and offered options of pain relief injections, none of which would help heal or provide any long term benefit. He then told me to cease strength training and gym work as I am too old for that type of exercise... (What??) The problem with this practice is that you're always rushed out before you've had a chance to process the information, so you're left with few answers and many questions. And good luck if you try to ask a question on the way out, the doctors ignore you. I was subsequently billed for a 45-59 minute consultation, when I was not with him more than 15 minutes. read more

Exceedingly disappointed with the level of service, or should I say lack of service, that I received from Dr. Steven Liu and his assistant. Dr Liu was highly recommended to me by another local office whose surgeon is leaving the area and could not schedule me for surgery. I was expecting a fair and educated consultation followed by a referral to a surgeon in the office. What I received was a condescending, opinionated rebuff from Dr Liu. I'm certain he and his assistant were not aware that I could hear the discussion about me on the other side of the door. The question his assistant asked was what's the protocol of dealing with somebody who takes narcotic pain medication. The answer to that question was, there is no protocol. Dr. Liu then entered the examining room, Tested my reflexes and bent my back forward and backwards. I am certain that he did not read my MRI but read the written report that I brought with me. (I had been previously mis diagnosed by a very large corporate health care provider who I'm no longer a patient of. ) I have suffered lower back pain for several years. Walking has been my favorite form of exercise; Walking 5 to 6 miles a couple times a week up until last summer when I noticed that my calves were tingly and numb after walking just a few blocks and I am unable to walk even a quarter mile any longer. Dr, Liu told me nearly verbatim what the written report had said. He further told me he didn't see any reason for me to see a surgeon, that he did not have a surgeon in the office to refer me to and inferred that my pain couldn't be as bad as it actually is. He then told me he could not help me and referred me to a pain management clinic in another city. Dr. Liu made me feel like a third class citizen as he was in a hurry to get me out of the office. I really believe he was discriminating against me because I am taking narcotic pain medication. The quality of my life has gone downhill. Again he reiterated that he couldn't help me any further and exited the room. Professional? I think not. Discriminatory? I think so. I'm not sure if this man is arrogant or ignorant but I certainly wouldn't suggest anybody wasting their time going to see him. I was referred from my primary doctor for my chronic back pain for many years 5*, first rep I tried setting up appointment asked me all my information and stated you need to pay out of pocket since you were in a car accident. I stated to her that has nothing to do with this referral rude rep with attitude took my info and said we will call you back hung up. Second rep setting appointment and she calls me back twice because the first rep told her I was in a car accident which this referrAl has nothing to do with that it's my chronic back pain . These reps are only there to try to make you pay and denied my seeing with the specialist, VERY RUDE REPS. No customer service speaks over you. I am well was a new patient this is very bad. Especially I am trying to get my CHRONIC pain fixed. Is this how your reps treat everyone and try to make them pay vs using there insurance . Scam not going to be coming there . Honestly, as I write this, I want to copy and paste Nicole B's review! My experience is so similar, I wish I read hers before I went here. I had a ganglion cyst removed from my hand and received some ridiculous bills also. A month after surgery, my finger, at the base of which the lump had been, doesn't bend well and is twice as thick as it was prior to surgery. It is pretty much worse looking than prior to the operation. And it hurts. Yesterday I had a 10:50 follow up appt. I planned to ask when and if the flexibility should come back... and when the pain will go away. This is my ring finger on my left hand, so I am waiting to see if I need to up-size my wedding ring now or wait. So I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, watching as three people go to see my doctor (Dr. Bergar), in disbelief. This should be a five minute appointment, so I didn't expect to take an hour or more off work. Eventually I asked the receptionist if they typically schedule all patients at the same time. She said Dr. Bergar is running late today. Why didn't they call me? I could easily have come at a later time or on a different day! Why is it that I respect their time and show up when my appointment is, but they don't respect me? I had to be back at work, so I left. I rescheduled for next week. I sure hope that it will be a better experience. I would not recommend this place. The doctor actually was nice enough, and seemed knowledgeable, so it is hard for me to say that I wouldn't recommend... I like her, on a personal level. I wanted to write an update after our visit since my husband was asked to take an MRI and to return with a follow up appointment. We have been working with Dr. Long since 2014 and I have been at the forefront of his treatment and care given my medical background. Dr. Long had called me to apologize for any miscommunication while my husband was still in the patient room during his last visit. She stated that even with the visitor restrictions, she would allow me to accompany my husband. However, we arrived at his follow up appointment only to face the same challenge, I wasn't allowed in. We drove all the way from San Jose and I left my clinic early which was extremely difficult to request during COVID. Once again, I approached Isabella and let her know that Dr. Long had called me and stated I could accompany my husband during his visit today. She was in disbelief to hear that Dr. Long had called me. I asked if she could please ask Dr. Long to which she walked away from her desk. Upon her return, she stated that she spoke directly to Dr. Long and that she was not allowing anyone other than the patient back. I was very confused and asked if I could speak to Dr. Long's medical assistant. My husband and I both explained to her that Dr. Long stated it was not an issue. What changed within the two weeks? The medical assistant was very rude, stating that she herself also asked Dr. Long and that no one other than the patient was allowed back. At this point, I wrote a list of questions for my husband to ask his doctor and went to take a seat outside of the waiting room (hallway). Isabella walks out into the hallway and asks rudely if I could leave the entire building. I ended up waiting in my car in 95 degree weather while my husband waited over an hour just to be seen. He has trouble sitting for long periods of time given his current back condition. Overlooked aspects of delivering health care is practicing good customer service skills! Nonetheless, after my husband's appointment, I received another call from Dr. Long asking what had happened and why I was not in the room with my husband. Shocking! Dr. Long also stated that she was never once asked if I could accompany my husband. She apologized for the behavior of her front desk and her medical assistant but at this point we had made up our minds not to return. How could we with this type of service? We are currently seeing an amazing surgeon in San Jose whose front desk provides great communication and best of all, they allow every patient one visitor! read more

4.5 Stars rounded up for Dr. Behzadi and team! It was a snowy day in Park City, Utah when an icy turn on a snowboard led to a med team deployment on the mountain followed by a towed ride on a snowmobile followed by a stretcher-transfer in a truck to the medical clinic at the ski resort. Yada yada yada: Dislocation + break = Not a happy Robin. I received amazing treatment on the mountain and the doctor gave me my xrays/files and told me to find a really good orthopedist...so off to Dr. Behzadi I went. Overall my experience with Dr. Behzadi and the office is top notch. A dislocation and a break are treated almost exactly opposite, so this was a pretty serious injury. 11 months later it's like nothing ever happened and I attribute that to the expert care I received. Not only is Dr. Behzadi an expert in his field, but he isn't surgery-happy and I never felt like I had to worry that he would push an expensive surgical fix, which seems typical in the industry now-a-days. Throughout my care I frequently saw Dr. Behzadi in the San Ramon office as well as this office in Pleasanton. I had my MRI done at this location just steps from where I saw the Doctor. Apparently the music function was broken, so I spent my 45 minutes making up songs to the "whir, whir, whir....bleep, bleep, bleep....cliiiiiiick boom cliiick boom" instead of rocking out in a still manner (you can't move in an MRI) but that's a cool feature for those that get to use it. This office in Pleasanton has easy parking like San Ramon, is clean, and the waiting room is enormous with lots of alcoves to sit in so you can almost have a little privacy. I leveraged the free Wi-Fi to work while I waited to see the doctor. I seriously hope that I never have to go to another Orthopedist/Sports Doctor but if I have to, Dr. Behzadi is my pick! read more
