His team of painters was always on time and very courteous. They took great care to protect our floors and furniture and were diligent about clean up. The paint job itself was done very well. We had them repair some drywall and some trim cracks, along with painting ceiling, trim and walls and it all looks fantastic. He's extremely pushy almost to the point of a bullying and does not listen to anything you ask.  I asked several times in text for a revised estimate, never received one.  the main job I brought him out for, he didn't include in his estimate, which was painting my house.

They did not do that and the stain they applied starting chipping months later. We paid $1200 for this project. We explained our issue to the owner and he came out to take a look. He explained that it was due to the previous stain causing his stain to come off. (It was chipping like paint) and that it was not his problem. When discussing further he started yelling and me and raising his hands around while I am sitting in chair. We talked later on the phone and he refused to redo the project and refused to give us our money back. He called me and my husband ignorant and "fuckers". DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He is rude, arrogant, and will do a rushed job and lie to your face about it.

In my reply, I gave them my cell number and requested they text before calling, as I don't answer strange numbers, and that I would not be available on certain specific days of the week -- and what do you know, they called without texting (strike one) and asked to schedule for a day I said I was not available (strike two). We did agree on a day/time that worked for me and they were a no-show, without any notice that they weren't planning to come by (strike three). Later that day, they asked to come out and I would have been okay, but I work from home on the days I am at the house and I explained that I could not walk around the outside of the house with them (due to the timing and my schedule) but could spend a few minutes orienting them (we have no dogs in the yard or anything hazardous) and they could email me the estimate. Instead, they tried to reschedule (strike four?). At which point I figured I had one estimate in-hand, another company had looked at my house and I was expecting an estimate at any time, and I had yet another company that hadn't been out yet. I explained this politely and then got three, one-line comments through the Yelp portal to the effect that they regret missing the appointment. I regret it, also, but I expected to be treated more professionally by someone who wants my business.

We cannot not be any happier with Color Interior located in Spring, TX !…read more We had broken pipes back in the freeze of '21, the contractor on our insurance claim, used them to replace the damaged flooring. Four years later the flooring started to come up in many places. I called Color Interiors, spoke with Dave Clark. I explained the situation and he had an inspector here within a couple days. The inspector was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. A few days after the inspection, we received a call from Color Interiors, stating the floor was going to be replaced, however the flooring installed was no longer available. They had us come to the store and choose new flooring, we did. A date and time was set for their installer to do the project. They arrived at the time and date set. One day removing the old flooring installed and getting it leveled and prepared for the new flooring. Two days four hours later, we have absolutely gorgeous floors! Wow! The installers were and are perfectionist!
