HORRIBLE DRY WALL WORK!! Look at these photos of all of the "nail pops" on my ceiling. It's a sign…read moreof shoddy work by amateurs who don't know what they're doing. I had to pay to have a true professional drywall installer come and FIX Juan's terrible work! I've also attached a photo that shows a section of drywall where the surface isn't even. It looks like mudding that was never evened out. The other photo shows where Juan's crew had ripped the top left portion of the tarp. You can see that the plastic is hanging over. Because that large spot was left open, one of the workers sprayed Killz paint on that section of my wall. Juan & his crew are amateurs - they don't know what they are doing and shouldn't be charging high rates for crap work. TRUST ME, IF YOU HIRE JUAN, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET SOMEONE LATER TO FIX HIS MISTAKES! HIRE A PROFESSIONAL!

Would I use Liberty Painting again for painting services? Absolutely yes…read more I was preparing my home for sale and wanted to freshen up the interior with new paint as soon as possible. I reached out to several companies at the same time and Dean from Liberty Painting was the first one to reach back out. Dean was very thorough in the estimate and suggested several options based on my goal for the project. After getting other estimates, I still went with Liberty Painting even though they were not the cheapest bid and I am glad I did for the following reasons: -They were always easy to schedule with and were always on time. Dean with the estimate. The paint crew. The final walkthrough. -Houston based company that run their own crews. They don't outsource their paint crews like many other companies. It makes the process (estimate/painting/walkthrough/warranty) much cleaner and simpler since it's the same company. -They provide get a very hands on involved project manager, his name is Van, that communicates with you throughout the project. -The work was very solid. There were some very typical touch up spots where the paint needed an extra coat and the line between ceiling and wall needed to be reapplied, but they were happy to do the touch ups as part of the final walk through. Overall, they do solid work with a high level of professionalism - which a lot of times is not there with home services.

He's extremely pushy almost to the point of a bullying and does not listen to anything you ask.  I asked several times in text for a revised estimate, never received one.  the main job I brought him out for, he didn't include in his estimate, which was painting my house.
