Wow! I had a wonderful first visit here with Dr. Triandos! I've been to at least 30 different chiropractors in my life, and he is definitely one of the most thorough, attentive, and professional. He did a really good job of diagnosing and assessing a number of things happening with me in just a short period of time. He also gave me a few really great adjustments and recommend recommendations for home that I didn't even realize I needed. In fact, I didn't even realize how weak certain parts of my body were until my visit with him. And now, I can't wait to come back. The whole process from start to finish with super simple: I booked online through Zocdoc, which was seamless. Diana, who works in the office, reached out to confirm almost immediately after and sent me the forms I needed to complete. I arrived for my appointment, and was seen pretty immediately. I had tweaked my lower back, lifting recently, and the pain I have now felt for almost a week is gone. On top of that, he was super nice! Diana at the front desk was also super nice! Looking forward to my next visit. Also helpful to note: there are appointments available as early as 6 AM. There's tons of free parking around the building on the streets. Dr. Nick is amazing!! Quickly diagnosing the problem and potential causes, his treatment is fantastic. He won't waste your time and try to lock you into additional unnecessary treatment. As an experienced "older" ultrarunner, I generally self-correct physical issues as they are bound to arise. When I'm stumped, I go to Dr. Nick. I'm having severe back spasms for some inexplicable reason and went to Dr. Nick for his "magic." I instantly felt some relief. This injury may take another couple of visits, but I know I'll be back on the mountain trails soon. Also have my wife and athletic teen daughter going to him whenever they have issues. Dr Triandos is amazing. I have had back issues for years and had injection after injection with very little relief. I saw Dr Triandos 4 times and am pain free for over 3 years just recently, I had neck issues. he got me in straight away and while I am a little sore on my second day after treatment, I can feel it easing. Dr. Triandos is amazing and works wonders on your body. If you're suffering from muscle pain, tightness, tingling, etc., give him a try. I came 6+ times in early 2020 (was referred by a holistic practitioner) and felt so much relief. I had to take a few months off from treatment due to a number of personal reasons but I cannot wait to get back. I've beat my body up over the years through intense exercise and also suffered various injuries (was rear-ended in 2004, falls, etc.) and I think chiropractic has helped manage the pain; like anything else you just have to stick with it. Even periodic adjustments help! Dr. Triandos won't pressure you to come unnecessarily or try to sell you other treatments. Wonderful staff as well. I came to Dr. Triandos with severe and sudden onset back pain and spasming ribs. Apparently he knew just what to do because his treatment brought me immediate and lasting relief for whatever I had going on. The pain I was in was like nothing I had experienced before, I could barely move without something hitching painfully. He did a very gentle adjustment with some acupuncture, and as I said, I felt immediate relief. This place is a rip off!!! Beware!!!! They billed my insurance and now the sent me to collections for the same bill! When I contacted them about it the receptionist was surprised that I was sent to collections since I haven't been there since 2015! She said she was going to talk to Dr. Triandos about the issue. I call back only for her to tell me they can't do anything about it! How can they not be able to help me they are the ones that sent me to collections! Smh!!! It seems to me that this office is trying to double dip in the honey jar and get paid twice! If you're a patient or thinking about it make sure you check your EOB statements your insurance provides.! When I contacted your office the receptionist stated you have my wrong email address! And I NEVER RECEIVED any statements from your office! Not to mention when I contacted my insurance they gave me a different amount charged to them then what you have sent me to collections for! I started experiencing lower back pain over the last couple of years. Every morning I woke up with a stiff lower back and pain in my hips. I decided to take action but was in too much pain to perform exercise at this point. I visited Dr. Triandos for an adjustment and was relieved of pain within days of my first visit. He also provided me with guidance on PT. Over the last year I've had two adjustments and exercises throughout and can say that my lower back pain has subsided 80% and my lower back/hip mobility is better now than it was when I was a teenager. I felt no pressure for additional treatments, up selling, x-rays, etc. Dr. Triandos' office is very flexible with appointment times and I was always able to be in and out of the office quickly. Dr. Nick is the shiz-nit! He really knows his stuff, and it shows. I've been to over 10 different chiropractors and he is among the best. His ability to adjust with confident motion, without overpowering is much appreciated. Also, what makes a big difference is that both he and his staff genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. They are patient and take time to explain things without making you feel rushed. I used to go to Skyline Wellness over on King Street -- the doctor there is a stuck-up prick.
