He did a really good job of diagnosing and assessing a number of things happening with me in just a short period of time. He also gave me a few really great adjustments and recommend recommendations for home that I didn't even realize I needed. In fact, I didn't even realize how weak certain parts of my body were until my visit with him. And now, I can't wait to come back. The whole process from start to finish with super simple: I booked online through Zocdoc, which was seamless. Diana, who works in the office, reached out to confirm almost immediately after and sent me the forms I needed to complete. I arrived for my appointment, and was seen pretty immediately. I had tweaked my lower back, lifting recently, and the pain I have now felt for almost a week is gone. On top of that, he was super nice! Diana at the front desk was also super nice! I have been going to a chiropractor to relieve chronic neck and back pain for years - since I was in my 20s and it always consisted of 3 appointments a week for 5/10 min with those electromagnetic pads... you know the routine. With Dr. Paul, he spends 30 min or an hour on you depending on how much time he needs, and he works on you from head to toe. I used to have chronic neck and shoulder pain but I have not experienced that type of pain since seeing him. If I do have pain, I may see him once a year. he also pads his appts with 15 minutes of time in between just for free touch ups! I have sent every client, friend and family member to him. He is a miracle worker and I would gladly pay out of pocket for that kind of care, even with insurance. It's worth EVERY CENT- although you can absolutely submit to your insurance for reimbursement! My husband was on of the biggest skeptics when I first told him about Dr Paul. It took at least one or two years before he actually went bc I paid for the appt in advance. But after just one visit, he became Dr. Paul's biggest fan. I also brought a good friend who was dealing with chronic hip pain for at least a year or two after a fall. She was scared to go but after nagging her for a couple years, she finally went and Dr. Paul fixed her in one visit. Granted she is still scared to go to any chiropractor but I am sure if she felt bad, he would be the first person she thinks of. I feel we are so lucky to be in Alexandria and have access to him, but I know people travel in from all over to see him bc he really is the best. I can go on and on but I think you get the hint. I couldn't believe he even had any (less than) 5 star reviews, but after reading them, it made me so sad for those 1 or 2 people. The reviews are clearly not even close to being accurate.

My family doctor raved about this practice, as I met him after a unfortunate double black diamond slope. Definitely don't go 40 mph to 0mph at complete stopping speed. Physics in this case is "problematic." While I did appreciate the snowmobile ride, from a truly nutty firefighter I had heard of, next year hoping no encore will be happening. This incident left my back spasms, and some lovely contusions I believe they are called. My doc gave me some muscle relaxers, which were similar to Mike Tyson punching me in the face. Also he had the unfortunate experience, of my gluteus Maximus in the air, administering a muscle relaxer that way. Needles tend not to affect me, but it looked like it was for a horse. While I did grow a mane and a tail, it was only a temporary side effect. When I walked in here, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Yet the suspicious/skeptical part of me, wasn't sold quite yet as I just wasn't sure a chiropractor would be able to do anything. As a man I'll never admit to being wrong due to man laws, but my thoughts were incorrect. All of the staff here are great, as the office and medical folks are a lot of fun. There's a lot of positivity here, and they with the electrical machinery, ultrasound, and electric shock collar have changed things a lot. Ok the electric shock collar is a joke. The wonderful ladies here, reminded me an important lesson from my days as a student athlete. Stretching is important. While I'll trade my hamstrings for a pack of $5 Chuck wine from Trader Joe's, they've helped loosen these up. Light jogs and workout sessions are proving the strings are working better. No back spasms since going here. Dr Finch is awesome. She is truly caring, and has after getting me to relax, feel a lot younger than my bald head and greying hair may indicate. The first sessions were ok, yet every appointment gets better and better. Today she did a maneuver on my neck, and yes I am back to being 25 again. Am a very grateful man. After Dr Persauds constant fighting my Scottish tenacity with the benefits of diet change, plus these sessions at this office, I'm feeling much better. The main goals at this point of life are to support my 13 year old son, and to find my next ex wife. Thanks to the combined help of Virginia Family Medicine, and this wonderful practice, this benevolent bad boy is one step closer to being at 100%. Thank you to the folks here, as my hats off in respect to Dr Finch and all here. Based on how I feel about them, I have recommended them to my folks.
