William cleaned the gutters and inspected the porch gutter. He discovered that water had been leaking under the shingles due to improper roof construction. For a reasonable price he replaced a section of rotted roof and shingle. Later that week it rained and I noticed that there was still an issue with water leakage. I called them and William came out that day to inspect. He made some additional repairs (about an hour of work). The next morning it was raining again. I inspected and found that water was still leaking. About 10 minutes later William CALLED ME and asked how the repair was doing and if he could come take a look. He spent the next 8 hours making major repairs and correcting major defects caused by the contractors who originally built the house. All of this was done at no additional charge. I am pretty sure he took a loss on our house, but he was determined to get it right and do a good job for us. That is rare quality in a repair technician/contractor these days.
