As for programs and equipment, The Club at Oak Branch has Les Mills fitness classes (BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyStep, etc.), they have a large pool (I think it's Olympic sized, but don't quote me on that one-- it's huge, though), a nice cardio room with plenty of treadmills, elliptical machines, etc., and a weight room. They also have a unique program for young athletes called Parisi Speed School, which is a program designed to help athletes improve athletic performance, maximize their natural abilities, develop a higher level of self-confidence, and learn to prevent injury. If you live in the Greensboro area, check out The Club at Oak Branch or their sister site, The Club at Green Valley. Both locations are great.!
