WOW! Where do I start? Everything started off great with his wife showing up shortly after I sent in an inquiry about getting my gutters cleaned. Then came an email from Steve, that is when everything started to go down hill. He sent me an estimate for several things totaling over $800. I knew I needed to get my gutters cleaned, his wife was pointing out mold on my house and pillars that needed to be cleaned, which I agreed to but there was power wash the driveway and other things that I did not need nor was I interested in. So it took several emails to get straight what I needed and didn't need because I was on schedule but wanted to make sure I did not get a surprise bill of $800+. I asked several times for him to call to make it easy but he wouldn't warrant me a phone call, said he was too busy. I should have pulled the plug right then. I have been called names, his famous 1% line is coming, I already know that. History proves he becomes very weak when faced with adversity. The work was okay, not bad but the job was incomplete. Steve was on the ball! He contacted me very soon after I'd reached out for a quote for pressure washing my house to prepare it for painting. He was thorough and professional. When I added in a complexity, he stopped by my home to check it out and quote it again. Am I ever glad I did! The underneath of my deck is painted and looked like it needed to be re-painted. Steve assured me they could get it as good as new for significantly less. This saved me $500. Not only was Steve the most communicative of the pressure washing people I reached out to, he was also the least expensive. The guys who worked for him were very good. They did an almost completely thorough job. The only issue was with the underneath of the deck. I checked it out before they left and it was about 75% of what I'd expected. I told them what Steve had said and they very politely and willingly went about it. In the end, the whole house looked great. The underside of the deck indeed looked new, as did the soffits. Steve, maybe you don't remember the voice mail recordings you left and everything else you said to me, but I do and it proves you are rude, unprofessional and a liar! For an owner of a business to claim he has over four thousand customers, YOU sure spend a lot of your time focusing on the 1% of people that YOU claim don't really matter to you. I think it's sad that you cannot give constructive criticism to someone without being insulted. When you are rude to someone, well guess what you get it back in return. Do your reviews come close to the customers that you claim to have? Are they truly happy as you stated and satisfied STEVE? If so, you really should have much more! You really need to let this go and move on because I have. As long as you continue to post lies, I will continue to respond back with reviews. I have found a GREAT company that responds back to customers immediately and are very professional. You really should pray 10 times more for yourself not me, because you will need it. read more

Great service! I recently hired Steve and his company to clean the siding, gutters, driveway/walkway/patio and outside windows and screens on my house. Steve came out promptly for the estimate after contacting him. Once I decided to hire him, they scheduled an appointment for the work within a couple of weeks. They did an excellent job on the cleaning and cleaned up everything including putting mulch back before completing the job. I had a job that needed to be completed on a short deadline. Steve was at my house within an hour to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. Though all his teams were booked in my timeframe, he promised to work the job in. Imagine my surprise and delight when I arrived home from work the next day and found the job completed by Steve himself. Steve and Triangle Window & Pressure Cleaning is the only service I use. They have not raised their prices in several years, and always do a great job. I was going to have them wash all of my windows (outside), but they recommended that we just get a pressure wash done instead. Result: Lower cost and ALL of my house is now clean (windows included). They even were kind enough to stop the pressure washing for a few minutes during the eclipse so that we could hear the crickets! read more

We had this company wash outside of windows back in July. Also powerwashed garage floor. steve's guy was not happy with how the floor turned out, and notified Steve.
