    Lamb patty to go
    Kia D.

Newly opened! Be sure to check name and address. We started at Tribe YOGA STUDIO a mile away. Wonderful customer service and friendly atmosphere. I got the lamb patty that was recommended on social media. I also got crab balls and the butter toffee cookie. GASP I didn't try any coffee/espresso drink, but I'll surely be back for that! Lamb patty: Patty (crust with lamb meat filling) official with the sauce! 10/10 Crab balls: A good portion, ping pong sized balls on a bed of greens (more garnish than an added veggie) yummy crab meat (not jumbo lump of course) but no filler. I wanted mine to be browned/toasted a bit more, but either way with that yummy sauce. 10/10 Butter toffee cookie: initially it was a sweet, almost short bread type of morsel, but once I cleared my palette of the spices and savory flavors....it's a decadent lil treat that I would definitely have again! 10/10 I enjoyed my midday trip to this new, black owned cafe and art gallery. I was too hungry to take in the art and learn about the installation, but it gave the cafe a feeling of interesting decor. The icing would be a bit of light music and small picture lights for the artwork. I'll definitely be back when in the area. I'm interested in sampling more and seeing how they evolve. Parking: I'm not familiar with the area, but during the day there is limited, metered, street parking; parking enforcement was actively on duty!

Last Sunday I went on a rainy morning to settle in and do some much needed catching up on reports. I like that the space allows you to sit at tables or lounge on couches when you're there. It was quiet when I walked in with some ambient music playing and I enjoyed the peace before some chatters came in about 30 min later. The food was okay, I had a bacon and egg french toast sandwich. I would have to go back and try something else. There is only one visible outlet near a small table, however they have power packs if you ask. I ended up buying a scent I found that was great for a friend's upcoming birthday. Cool, laid back spot. Not sure I want to drive all the way into downtown to enjoy it but happy to add to the list.

I wanted to try a new place for lunch. I live by Tribe and have heard some really good reviews and decide to stop by and check out the menu. When I walked in, I noticed the beautiful decor, paintings. Moriah was very nice and took my order. I sat down and my order was brought to me. I ordered the jerk chicken wrap, which was soo good!! I got a half/half to drink, it was ok. I am really not a half/half fan, but I told my sister that I would be more open to trying it, so I did. I am definitely going back to try more items on the menu!

Visited Tribe Social for the first time today and I was pleased with my time there. A great atmosphere to get some work done. Environment was quiet and light but I do wish more outlets were available but certainly not the establishments fault. I had the Avo-toast with lox and the indigo-Thai tea. The toast was really good but would have preferred a runnier yolk (I'll ask next time) and the tea was refreshing but a bit sweet for my taste. Service was great! I feel like they may still be working out some kinks being a new restaurant but I will definitely be back.

I'm so glad this café is here. It's cozy, convenient, and the staff are always helpful. The coffee takes a little bit, but it's worth every single drop. I always go for the Caramelo and the MochaLisa, if you like lattes and traditional mocha go for it.

Food was great. Ambiance is a whole vibe. Carribean inspired menu with hands down best new coffee in the city! Great breakfast, lunch and everything in between. Black owned. Service was exceptional.

Such a lovely space! The art inside is so amazing! The food and drinks were so tasty! And the staff were the sweetest! Just in Baltimore for a layover and pick here to come into and I am not disappointed!

I ordered a Brazilian Yuzuade with Espresso and a Japanese Cold Brew with Oat Milk. Both were great, the Yuzuade was extremely pleasing. I wasn't expecting much from it (citrus and coffee?) but it was my favorite of the two. *Line moves quick. When I arrived, there was a line out the door. I was able to order in a lot less time than it seemed. *Personable service. The Cafe limits the number of guests inside at one time to six. This allowed the staff to focus their energy on only a few people at a time. I ordered the drinks about an hour a part and the person at the register remembered me and struck up a conversation about my earlier order. Despite the five stars, what don't I like? *No vegan baked goods. I will definitely be returning to Cafe Dear Leon because there is ample parking, the prices are good and the drinks are awesome.

I usually go with an Iced Mocha- which is top tier Crab dip bagel - GOATed Honestly any pastry item from this bakery is great, they don't miss, Steph Curry type stuff. The staff is always nice and prompt. Highly recommend this spot.

It's within the Johns Hopkins college campus & a neighborhood, so parking is really horrible. I ended up parking in a non spot and putting my hazards on. It's a cute little, but spacious place located next to an airport building. It's on the corner and has a nice little outside seating area with about 5 tables. Inside is bigger than it looks and has a nice amount of seating as well. Since my time was limited, I didn't really get to explore the menu like I wanted, so I ordered a hazelnut latte and a ham & cheese croissant. Their croissants looked so good, I wanted one of each. They also had several toasts on their menu. I'll have to go back for sure! Th service was regular, you order, they tell you how much you owe and you pay. I got in my car and couldn't wait. My first bite was like a bite into heaven. Every bite was the same way, so delicious & delicate. I wish I had two. The latte was perfect, just the right amount of hazelnut. Kanom Cafe is a must try!

For…read morestarters, I am absolutely obsessed with crookies, aka cookie croissants, and this one did not disappoint. Warming up was the way to go! It was chewy yet the cookie part melted in your mouth and had the perfect ratio of cookie to croissant. The strawberry matcha was the perfect drink combo. The real strawberry purée on the bottom made it taste fresh. It definitely needed a very good mix, but then it was perfect. The almond milk made it creamy, which has become my new favorite milk choice when ordering matcha. Service was top tier. Quick and easy. The kind gentleman working so nicely opened and closed the door behind me when I was leaving. The inside of the cafe was adorable. I absolutely loved the mirror menu with the handwriting. It made it feel homey and authentic. I parked ways down, as I was in the area and know parking can be tricky. But, let me say..it was worth it and I can't wait to go back!

Like maybe order something you can eat on the go tbh. I ordered a strawberry croffle and a strawberry matcha tea latte. I crushed both of them because it was delicious. The whipped topping on the croffle wasn't thick and grainy or too light to where it instantly melted. It kept a shape while being light and fluffy and not overly sweet. The strawberry matcha latte also was pretty good. All in all I'd recommend this spot to anyone walking around the neighborhood and indulging in some shopping in the area.

Walking into Affogato is dangerous for me--I have to constantly remind myself that I can't bring home every adorable kitten I meet! The café has the cutest retro 70s vibe, making it feel cozy, unique, and full of personality. The owners are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and have hearts as big as their mission to help rescue cats find loving homes. And let's talk about the coffee for a second--the Affogato with peanut butter ice cream is absolutely purr-fect. I came for the cats, stayed for the coffee, and left trying to convince myself that my fur baby, Margo Mae, is perfectly happy being an only child... at least until I can convince my boyfriend otherwise. I've come in with friends and as a date day with my boyfriend. Make sure you sign up and reserve a time well ahead of time. Whether you're a cat lover, coffee enthusiast, or just looking for a fun and unique spot in Baltimore, this place is a must-visit. Just be warned: you may leave with a caffeine addiction, a favorite kitten, and a sudden urge to expand your family.
