You don't find many places that have this many options at the price points I saw. I'm a huge Fuente fan and they had sticks that aren't easy to find (unless you're online or want to buy a box.) The lounge is a decent size; plenty of TVs and larger seats line the walls. They also sell soda, water and chips (which I loved) and stay open until midnight on the weekend. The proprietor came around to change the ashtrays consistently, and was very knowledgeable about the cigars. I didn't need any help, but it's always a plus when the staff is attentive and knows their stuff. Highly recommend if you're in the Aurora area.

I am not a smoker so I became light headed and they offered me a seat outside of the smoker chambers, they provided me with soda and ibuprofen to take away my horrible headache and it worked! They communicated very well. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend any smoker to visit this location to relax (multiple tvs going at the same time in different rooms, the chairs were so plush and comfortable). From the time my girlfriend and I entered the store until the time we left Vince and Jason treated us like long lost friends. They have their own line of cigars two of which I sampled in the store-the first was gratis-completely uncalled for but very much appreciated. Both the F1 rothschild and the maduro were light with robust flavors, an even, complete burn and wonderful smoke. We were allowed into the members only lounge and constantly entertained and made to feel at home despite a store full of other customers. A couple of hours later and after waiting 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle to come pick back for us, they offered to give us a ride back to the hotel. (not to call us a cab, but to actually take us themselves!) They do carry some well-known national brands, but they are eager to proudly offer their own hand-rolled line. They start by giving you the history of their shop and to proudly show off signed pictures of prior customers including Groucho, Milton and Tony Soprano. Too bad I don't live in Oakbrook.

Place is mostly deserted. Parking lot is small, in shambles, and always has this party bus parked making it look like a truck stop. The inside is actually laid out well and comfortable, especially the backroom. However, the menu is non-existent. Hookah variety is limited (stock more options, the stuff lasts years) and quality is poor. While fresh heads are on the menu, they're not available to order. As a matter of fact, almost everything on the menu isn't available to order. It's essentially basic/bad hookah and canned pop. I get it, the area doesn't have as much clientele, but I've been living here for a decade and barely noticed it. Need some advertising/marketing to get people in. Oh, and open when you say you open. Showed up at 7pm on a Sunday and it's completely closed.
