I went in with a medical exemption on wearing a face mask due to medical issues, that according to law I do not have to disclose according to ADA laws and HIPPA. The clerk told me I have to get out of the store. I went back to my car to get a mask so I could at least buy some product, as a being a frequent customer, which would have only taken 20 seconds, and he told me to f*** off. Even though I live in Bolingbrook and literally can walk the 3 minutes to a smoke shop.... I go here. Lovely workers who make conversation and carry the best vapor. Decent store, was expecting lower prices due to the name but I guess its satisfactory. Store is clean but very small, there is just barely enough space in the isles. I bought a ceramic cigarette hitter and it costed over $7.....oh yeah and the minimum purchase for debit/credit cards is $3...good place since its open later than most of the tobacco shops in Bolingbrook. read more

Soo..decided to upgrade my vaporizer. . On 2-7-15...totally disappointed...new one leaks..burns the clear juice brown...and use double the juice..probably due to leaking. . I went to get a vape and they gave me the model off the shelf. i bought it because i have had that model before. It did not work and went to return it and was told I had to wait till tomorrow for the manager . Why would I have to wait for the manager tomorrow when the vape I bought yesterday does not work. I had to go elseware to buy another because they would not return the one that did not work. I am sorry but if the guy at the counter checks it and says it does not work why would I have to wait till 9 tomorrow and talk to the manager. do not buy anything there no refunds. read more
