The UPS store is in my neighborhood. I've been coming here since 2019. The service has always been good. Lately, I came here to get a DOJ background check. The staff were helpful. I didn't have to wait long. They required my drivers license and fingerprints. They forgot to give me back my drivers license, but this is a simple mistake and came back the next day to pick it up. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. Also, if you bring something large back from Amazon you need it packed in a box. Get in, get out and great service this is why I will continue coming to this UPS store read more

I have been using this location for years now and I have had good experience after good experience. These folks are friendly, professional, and happy to help. This latest time I came in, Brandie helped me return three different packages with three different return labels and got me out of there in less than ten minutes and did it all with a smile. I got lucky and came in with no line, but still. At this point I refuse to use other UPS locations even if they are closer. read more

We are seniors, and we love this UPS store, in the Concord Park and Shop. Cinda and Jason are always so happy, and wonderful to everyone who goes in for help. Every time I have been there, they have made me happy, and everyone else happy. They are just there to make your day better, and they go out of their way to do so. We can mail there, drop off UPS packages, and most of all they have a notary service, which has been great for us. Thank you to this GREAT business. I've used this location several times and never had a problem. I went this week to pick up a package sent UPS from an online vendor and the owner, working the counter, said there was a $5 storage fee. It was only there an hour. Couldn't get a straight answer why there was a fee this time. He said there was a problem with the label, then that he had to pay the employees to take care of the package. read more

This place is not professional. No one knows their policies there and the owner doesn't care to help resolve your claims. I dropped off a return package and was not offered to insure it or to claim the value. Now a month later the package was stolen at one of the other UPS FACILITIES and now I get only a partial refund. I have always supported this UPS store because the customer service they provide had always been stellar until today when I was assisted by Employee #173913 (Name starts with a "J"). She was clearly having a bad day as her tone of voice was brash and flat out annoyed the whole time she had to respond to my simple questions about mailing out. She had this very brash and very stern tone from the time I walked in to ask if you have UPS envelopes... she said, "Yes, but only for overnight and 2-day deliveries", to which I replied "perfect!" Her answer made perfect sense to me but I was taken aback by her tone and the way she responded. This continued on until she processed two items for mailing. I can type a really long story here but have decided against it. If management/ownership cares to hear my awful experience with this employee then you can let me know the best time for me to call you. read more

While waiting for my print outs, I overheard every one of the SIX customers they helped within a five minute time span, say how happy they are with the service here. "Brandie" should be the manager. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Tassia (hope I spelled her name right) was the silver lining in my cloud today. I shipped a package at the Clayton store and lost the receipt. I called today to try and get the tracking number and the poor lady there did not know how to look up a tracking number. She said that there was no way to look it up and she has never heard of anyone losing their tracking number. She suggested I call another location to see if they could help and I called the Treat store. Not only did Tassia help me over the phone while helping customers in line, she also had me merge calls between the two stores to teach the young lady how to look it up. I have been a loyal customer with Trish who owned the Clayton store, but now that Trish is retired, I will have to start shipping at the Treat store where they are more experienced. What sets this location apart from others is the staff. Aside from being good at what they do, they are so friendly, helpful, respectful, and kind. I've clocked serveral examples of this over the years, but something I noticed last week stands out above the rest -- I was in the store when there were a few customers, but it wasn't too busy. One employee was helping an elderly man. The employee helping him didn't just complete the required transaction, but she took time to connect with him. She didn't rush him, and instead made sure everything he needed had been addressed and was clear to him. After the man left, this employee was apologetic to her supervisor for taking extra time with the man. She explained that the man had just had a major loss in his personal life and she wanted to spend extra time with him as she knew he was struggling with the loss (of course her supervisor didn't mind at all). It was one of those moments where you witness such a beautiful interaction between two people that it boosts your faith in humanity. This is just one example -- as I said, I've witnessed many examples of the employees going above and beyond for customers, and also keeping complete professionalism when dealing with rude customers as well. I might add that in the example above, I arrived at the store within an hour of closing with months worth of unboxed Amazon returns all with different QR codes (shame on me, I know, but it was the last day to return the items). I was sure that this would be frustrating for the employees, so I was trying to rush through each return, especially because at this point several people had entered the store and a line had formed. The same employee who helped the elderly man helped me, and she kept reassuring me that I could take my time and I didn't need to keep apologizing for my mountain of returns. She was so lovely, and it was clear that she and the other employees extend the same kindness to all customers. read more

I come in here fairly often to return Amazon items. When I went in a couple of days ago, Tallissa helped me. Two of the codes that I'd photoed from my computer screen were too blurry for the scanner to read. She said it was her fault. And, of course, it WASN'T; the codes weren't clear enough! One of my items was big and awkward for me to haul back home. So Tallissa asked the owner if she could hold them both for me, until the next day. He agreed, and I came back the next day with clear codes. Tallissa was incredibly sweet, and went out of her way to help me. That store is extremely lucky to have her on staff! read more

I have returned quite a few packages to Amazon.I go on line and request a return and they send me a QR code to scan when you bring your package to the UPS Store.The instructions say make sure you put your merchandise in a box and make sure there are no labels or shipping tags on the box or package.I took my return to the UPS Store on Treat Blvd.in Concord.The owner waited on me and told me I might not get a refund on my merchandise.His reason was there was not a label on the box from Amazon showing the original shipment.I left but was so mad I went back in the store and showed him the return instructions on my phone from Amazon.He read the instructions and still argued with me about the return.I will not use this store again.I don't think he knows the return policy for Amazon. read more

Beware that owner at this UPS wants to start charging for tape and packaging of Amazon returns when Amazon clearly states UPS will pack, label and ship returns for free. The owner got upset & rude when I brought this up (as if it was my fault that Amazon is advertising it). Better to go to the UPS down the street that is owned by a different person. I would like to add all the ladies that work there are great & have never given me a hard time (unlike the owner). But the owner has told them to start charging for packing (and or taping) of Amazon returns. read more

great customer service I am a regular customer . this group of employees always go the extra mile to assist me. never any mistakes. When I arrive they address me by name with a cheerful smile and a positive attitude. They gladly come out and carry my packages in from my SUV. I have to sit doiwn to complete my ups transactions and they stand up to use the computer. I have worked with all of them. Talisa, Brandie, Julie and the newbie Tyler, I find them consistent and very reliable. They don't stop at all because there are long lines and they efficiently get the people in and out with caring for soo many various peoples needs.
