    Even though I had proof of residency, which is within standard per UPS guidelines, you refused to give me the package.

    Owner refused to release a package to me because my husband's name didn't match mine. The driver's license address matched and he still denied an ice machine to a firefighter after surgery because he was on a power trip.

    My son passed away from complications from brain cancer just over a year ago. He was born with multiple disabilities so we learned not to sweat the small stuff in life. In fact we often laughed at it, referring to certain situations as "comically bad." The loss of my son shattered my life. I put everything I owned into storage, and have been housesitting and couch surfing with my son's service dog. I set up an account with Postal Annex on Balfour Road in Brentwood to handle my mail. Their service has been comically bad. A couple of months ago they gave someone else's package to me, which I accepted without looking at it closely, and took that person's package with me 2.5 hours away to Geyserville, which I then had to get back to Postal Annex in Brentwood. Another time they gave me someone else's letter, which I caught before I left the shop. Before that I received a message from Postal Annex telling me that my mail had been shredded as requested. I had not requested any of my mail to be shredded. My son would have laughed particularly hard at that one. I ordered a replacement drivers license From the DMV that I never received. When I followed up the DMV said it had been sent to me at 3130 Balfour Road two months earlier. I'm guessing that's my mail they shredded-? When I went to pick up a package for my daughter after receiving notification of its arrival at Postal Annex, only to be told there was no package, It made me angry rather than amused. I knew it was a Christmas gift for my daughter and naturally I believe Postal Annex gave her gift to someone else. I was clearly fed up with their incompetence, I rattled off the list of terrible service I'd received to the person behind the counter, I believe she is the owner. I did not say anything unwarranted or disrespectful, nor use any disrespectful language, I didn't even use the word incompetent. And I walked out. The next day I got an email from Postal Annex's managing company stating that Postal Annex on Balfour road has cancelled me from using their service and banned me from going into their shop. Instantly I could hear my son howling with laughter and it made me laugh. I could hear him saying "Postal Annex on Balfour Rd is Comically bad." Lol

    I needed to purchase stamps for my son's graduation announcements. Something different than the American flag. Something whimsical. The owner was pleasant and friendly. We briefly chatted about colleges. My transaction was quick and there was no wait time. I usually go to the post office for my stamps so it was a nice surprise to be able to pick some up here after grocery shopping at Trader Joe's! The Postal Annex is located in the Oak Grove Plaza and there's plenty of parking.

    Never buy stamps here - what a ripoff!! I was just charged a rate of $1/stamp, when the current rate for forever stamps is $0.78 cents each.

    The person there was very rude. Would never go back there again. Charged $2.00 to tape the box.complained about everything.

Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    This review is for the printing center!…read more I used the Printing Center to make some business cards, which in reality were cards going to be used for a best friends Celebration of Life token bags. I did the design myself on my phone. They got them done quickly and notified me right away. When I picked them up, I noticed that the printing was offset. There were two employees at the counter, one looked like a manager. I told them what happened, they jumped on it right away and was so friendly about it. It wasn't their fault, more of a computer printer error. Needless to say, they helped me re-upload my images, they insured the quality themselves on their computer, and showed me a sample before printing. They came out beautifully. I left with the new cards and nothing was a hassle. These ladies were the best!! They were so helpful and they maintained a very helpful and positive attitude. Not at Staples in Concord, tho: Michelle, manager Dayna, and staff make this Staples an oasis of easy in a hard world. I needed flyers for a tenant organization finished - I did what I could on my own, but needed an expert to get my project over the finish line. Michelle was super patient and kind when I told her I was paying for everything myself and generously created an order I could afford. The flyers look awesome, and I left Staples with a huge smile and the knowledge that there are a whole lot of good people still in the world, humans who share their power rather than steal yours.
