Had a good overall experience with this Airrosti location for plantar fasciitis treatment. Was treated very quickly in only four sessions total and pretty minimal financial expense thanks to my insurance. My four sessions were done in a span of only two weeks which was less time than my primary care physician would have even been able to get me in just for an appointment to then refer to a podiatry specialist- that route probably would have been months longer and a lot more costly. Not only does Airrosti do the hands on treatment but also teaches you KT taping techniques and long term stretches to help reoccurrence. Overall I was satisfied with the care this location provided. Prompt appointments, friendly staff that really seemed to care about my recovery and ended up being way more cost effective than the traditional route of pcp/specialty referral. Would not hesitate to recommend them or return again if needed. read more

First thing l told Dr Burns at my initial visit was that he was my last resort. After 5+ years of fighting horrible leg pain and countless appointments with Pain Management doctors, ortho doctors, PT doctors and Chiropractors, hei was my last gasp for relief. Airrosti did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, Dr Burns and Jason did more for me in my first visit, than anyone did in the past 5 years. They took the time to listen to me and formulate a plan. Dr Burns did the manipulation and Jason helped me with exercises....all planned perfectly to relieve me of pain. What reinforced it for me was when they told me that they wanted to fix me, not adopt me. In other words, they're not looking to milk me for money....rather they genuinely wanted to fix me. It took me 3 visits to be on the road to full recovery. As long as I keep up the exercises, I should be good. They have a app that has videos of how the exercises should be done. Not sure why I even waited so long to try Airrosti!! In a nutshell I have never in my life had back problems until a few days after noticing a small twinge; I woke up with my back in complete spasm - the MOST painful thing I have ever experienced in my life - and I have had two kids!! Could not stand, could not sit and was in significant pain for about a we after but two months later was still experiencing slight pain and though I had resumed swimming and my Peloton - I had yet to return to weights as I still noticed significant discomfort when heavy lifting! I have been long skeptical of traditional chiropractors but a colleague mentioned Airrosti and also the fact it was covered by my insurance so I called and got an appointment within 2 days and really wow - just wow! The paperwork was all online and before I waked in the door, my benefits and out of pocket had been verified and provided to me in writing which is excellent! Dr. Burns pinpointed the problem in minutes and it was not what I expected - after the treatment and follow up exercise- the difference was significant. Today I was able to do a longer Peloton ride, pain free and have incorporated both their suggested exercises and some yoga that helps release the tight muscles and I feel fine! I wish I had done this two months ago when the issue started! I likely have to only return once or twice more am now aware of where the issue stems from so can stretch and take care to avoid in future! Having had random annual flare ups of shooting back pain usually after sitting aft my desk most the time at work then then activating my back lifting/doing something. I tried chiropractors but knew it really want anything bone related. Went to Dr Burns at Airrosti and the treatment made complete sense as he diagnosed what was causing the back pain. Only Took two sessions (yup, painful but totally worth it!) and using exercises given I'm back to normal. If flare-ups occur I know what to do to resolve the pain now. My daughter also sprained an ankle during dance class and Dr Surls helped stop her pain after two visits and stretching exercises. Plays games with your time. I set an appointment for a Tuesday with Dr. Surls which was cancelled the same day because she was out of office, so immediately after I rescheduled to Thursday. Less than 24 hours before the appointment it was cancelled yet again as she was on a leave of absence for the week. Why even set appointments while the doctor is on leave? How was this not noticed immediately, instead notifying me on such short notice? Incredibly unprofessional. I had much better luck with the Bulverde location, which actually integrates with Airrosti's online appointment system. read more

Dr Burns on Tpc Parkway and 281 has been a tremendous help for me in my recovery of severe neck and back pain. He has had the answer medications, physical therapy, and the chiropractic medical provider couldn't give me. I hurt my lower back and experienced some of the most debilitating pain I've ever experienced. Dr. Wilkinson fixed my pain in 4 visits!!! He knew exactly what to do and eased my worries. For over a year I had an intense dull ache in my sacroiliac area of my gluteus. It was there in my sleep, when I drove etc. I finally went to Airrosti when I had had enough! I saw Dr. Burns and being a nurse, I was prepared to ask him a lot of questions. He worked on me a total of 3 times. After my second time I really noticed a difference. After each visit with Dr. Burns you see a rehab specialist for your exercises. Dr. Burns prescribes this to them. I can't say enough good things about Lynsie and Lauren. They are professional, kind and care that you are doing your exercises correctly. They always ask if you have any questions. Why did I wait so long, I don't know. This review isn't a reflection of the service done. They do excellent work, and I found the service very helpful. My issue is with the financial department. I had a injury and called them up, I gave them my insurance info and told them what I was looking to have done. Later I was called and said that they had confirmed with my insurance that the visit would consist of a $50 copay. After four visit and $200 later I thanked them and went on my why. Few week later I get a bill from Airrosti for $450. (?) I called Airrosti and they stated that my insurance had denied the claim. That I needed to contact them. Call the insurance company and it turns out the copay would have be for a chiropractic work not physical therapy on my knee. Insurance company stated that they told Airrositi this and even gave me the name of who they spoke with but Airrositi only gave me the cheaper price and weeks later stuck me with a $450 bill.
