My husband and I learned so much and felt very confident and prepared for "Labor Day." Hiring Melissa to be our Doula was such a smart decision. Unfortunately, my little one decided to come a bit early, and so I was caught off-guard! I called Jeannie, and she was ready and willing to take me on, even on such short notice. She had my capsules ready in a timely manner, and I can honestly say they've made a huge difference. I haven't had any issues with baby-blues, and my milk production has been off-the-charts - which I largely credit to regular capsule consumption. Calling it a technical error in response to my complaint to the state was laughable. Telling me my bank made a mistake was ludicrous and he started back peddling when I mentioned receipts. Banks are notoriously efficient in financial matters aren't they Roddy? I already have an account on that website. The instructions only showed if you were a first time user. I have sent emails asking what are the streps and I did mention that the instructions given did not go with what I was seeing. I sent another email asking the person a question to see if I was in the right spot and what to fill in. I never got a response back. They say there are zero refunds. I can easily put a dispute on my credit card and get my charge back. I should do this since my course and test is worthless without that Tennessee website. I will not recommend this since they are unwilling to assist.
