Paperwork was a breeze and I only waited around 10 minutes before I was in. I was THOROUGHLY tested and treated here. I have been to a few different urgent cares before and some of them write you a script for antibiotics after seeing you for literally 2 minutes (which is SCARY). I got a full exam from a real nurse here and great advice. I was in the exam room for probably 20-30 minutes while they tested everything including my vision! I was thrilled to see this kind of personalized attention. Not to mention how incredibly friendly everyone working here was on a SUNDAY. I'm still in shock. Super nice. Highly recommend. And I got a freaking CARD from them today with a handwritten - hope you're feeling better on it. I'm in love. Hopefully won't have to be back but if you're in a pinch THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

I went in to urgent care today 1/9 after experiencing symptoms extremely common with bronchitis or…read moresome type of upper respiratory infection. I am a self pay patient so it takes alot for me to get myself to a dr. But when I went 4 days with no symptom relief and my mucus turning a bright green I figured I may need an antibiotic. I checked in as normal, I was called back pretty quickly and even though It costs me $150 just to be seen I was at ease to know I would be leaving with some relief. Nurse took my heart rate and bp, and asked about my symptoms. Dr came in and the only follow up question was "are you on birth control?" I said no. Haven't been in years. She then proceededs to do no swabs, no covid test, no bloodwork, no chest xray and tells me i need to go to the emergency room to rule out a clot! we went from zero to 100. Let's not rule out influenza or infectio. But let's make you spend potentially thousands of dollars on a ct scan for a blood clot!! All because I had a stage one elevation in blood pressure. Needless to say, I took my chances and left without going to the er. I think the 4 day embolism would have taken me by now. And left with no medicine or diagnosis!

All of those fears quickly went away, however, after my experience at this St. Elizabeth location! I scheduled an appointment online through their website, and was able to make it about two weeks in advance. I didn't have a MyChart account prior to my appointment, so the nurse that checked me in helped me set up my account in-person, and even walked me through how to make future appointments! My actual exam was with Dr. Trumble, and she was fabulous. So kind and knowledgable - exactly what you'd want from a doctor. The entire facility looks brand new - everything was clean and updated. I asked one of the nurses how long they'd been in this location, and she said it opened shortly before the pandemic. Next door to the primary care center, they also have a lab center. I bopped over here on a separate morning to complete some bloodwork, and was so surprised that they had me in and out in 10 minutes! You don't even need an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with at both of these experiences was incredibly friendly and helpful - I don't think I'll seek medical treatment anywhere else as long as I'm living in NKY!

Do not bother trying to get a DOT physical at these locations. They don't have the necessary forms…read moreto fill out and they require you primarily care doctor to provide a prescription list and health assessment. Just make an appointment with your primary and get it done or a specialized clinic that does them on a regular basis. CVS does prescriptions, they push flu and " "covid" shots. Don't seem to be good for anything else to me. This one star is actually a zero.

Nurse/NP explained that they "have no control" of the electronic appointment/wait time board sign over the log-in area. Then CVS stated they "do not allow public use of their restroom". Agh. Either explain the "walk-ins welcome" sign or only take appointments. No fair allowing jumping to the front of the line - as if it's a Kings Island ride.

Dr. Moore is a great doctor, and I like him, but I have a rapport with Dr. Messer. She is thorough, takes the time to understand what is important to you about health and treatment and will do further research if necessary. And she respects my decisions as a parent. She's also a really nice person who I enjoy having a conversation with. The nurses and nurse practitioners are all very solid-- helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I've had questionable experiences with the medical assistants, but it hasn't affected the medical care we've received. Also, the doctors are usually on-time for appointments, and I feel like the staff respects my time.

The ENTIRE staff is great. Starting from the great front desk staff, to the medical assistants that take you back, and of course, the doctors. I've seen 2 doctors (dr. Messer & dr. Sheridan) but I've met them all, and every single one is great. What makes this office great is the fact that the entire staff take the time to really get to know you.
