I fell during a run on the crumbling Clifton sidewalks on a Saturday morning, gashed my left palm pretty badly. Managed to get home, showered, and wrapped the hand with a wad of gauze and a bandage and headed to AFC's Harpers Point facility. Check in took a few minutes but then it was straight in to see the medical team. I was very impressed with all three of the team I interacted with. The facility was clean and tidy and seemed well equipped. Megan the Nurse Practitioner cleaned the wound and stitched it up, she was excellent. Nice job all! read more

Do not go here! Needed an urgent care over Labor Day weekend. The physician was fine but the staff is incompetent. First she lost the paperwork and it had to be redone. A lab test was done which was supposed to take 2 days to complete. Hadn't heard anything by Tuesday so called and told it was due to holiday. Called 2 more times that week and told it's pending and she would check with the lab and call us back. Never got a call back. By this time I'm assuming the specimen is likely lost. Made one last call today and sure enough the specimen just never got sent in. We rarely need to use an urgent care but you can be sure if we do it won't be this one read more

Absolutely awful experience every time. The providers are friendly and thorough but they are either constantly understaffed, can't manage scheduling well, or don't understand basic customer service. The last 3 times we have visited they have forgotten about us in the room and we end up waiting an hour plus after they do their tests, only to hear, "Oh yeah sorry, you can go" when we open the door and ask for help. This place is great, the staff are excellent and the facility is clean. I've been coming here for a while now whenever I need a checkup and it's been great every single time. I'm glad to drive a bit further if it means I get quality care and opinions. Military friendly as well. read more

The urgent care was quick, check in online was easy.The staff went over and beyond to make my child feel comfortable.

Their "online appointment" system is atrocious and you lose your place in line because it won't work without taking a photo of your license with your phone - even when you're standing in the office. There is no way to bypass it. I filled out the paperwork by hand even though I lost my place in line. On top of that, their website says they have an X-ray. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN X-RAY! The guy who came out of the "MANAGER" office said "well, you can come back on *maybe* Tuesday and someone can do it?" IT'S SUNDAY. So apparently they have a machine, but no one to reliably run it (or read the images)?! This place is all window dressing and no substance. Then he had the gaul to tell me "good luck finding urgent care with X-ray." I will be going to TriHealth Priority Care in the morning where I know with 100% certainty they have a functional X-ray and TriHealth physicians to read them. I'm not waiting until "maybe Tuesday" to get x-rays. They shouldn't advertise that they have an x-ray if they don't. And of course his answer to that was "well we can give you medication." I don't want medication. I want answers as to whether I should wrap and "R.I.C.E." it or have it set by a physician. If you have an injury that you think even MIGHT need X-rays, go somewhere else. Not worth the time, aggravation or (actual) pain. The "Manager" speaks very little English and is difficult to understand. He said I wouldn't lose my place in line and failed to tell me about the no-xray until AFTER I filled everything out. Call before you go somewhere, and drive right by this place. Only selected this urgent care because they advertised having X-ray available on weekends. Wasted 45 minutes of my time to be told "the X-ray tech leaves at noon on Saturdays and isn't in on Sundays" and then be sent to the ER with an xray order. Do not go here if you need to be seen for anything more than a cold. read more
