He pointed out a couple of invasive trees in my yard that needed to be removed right away, which I wouldn't have caught on my own (mulberry and chinaberry trees). We walked the property together, talked through what needed trimming or cleanup, and he gave me a quote on the spot, then followed up with it by email. Once I approved everything, they came out on April 6th and got right to work. Darrell and his team were incredibly efficient. They handled everything we discussed in just over an hour, which honestly surprised me. On top of that, they even replanted a plant I wanted to keep into a large outdoor vase that had a dead plant inside of it. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard looking fresh and well cared for. The pricing was very fair, and there were no surprises. Right before they wrapped up, I asked if they could also remove a tree that had recently damaged a retaining wall near my front porch. Darrell took care of it quickly and charged a very reasonable additional price. Payment was easy through Zelle, which made the whole process even smoother. Granted, they disclosed after the fact that bagging the grass would cost an additional $10 (we assumed bagging the grass would be a given). Our lawn actually looked better prior to these people coming in to cut it. If I could rate them fewer stars I would. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.
