(This review is based off waiting 12 days for a response) HIGHLY RECOMMEND against doing business with Brianna ... when I came in to do my hair I was very clear before I came in on my inspo of how I wanted my hair done and after all was said and done it didn't come out the way I'd like it after paying what I would consider a good amount of money for it to be done the way I'd want it to get done.. my hair stylist Brianna had mentioned about bleaching my hair but dying my hair many time with other hair stylist I've never had to do that so I was unfamiliar with that process and wasn't told the difference. After having some buyers remorse I'd had reached out to Briana about redoing my hair since she'd had told me we could redo my hair if I wasn't happy (so I was told). After having conversations she put it back on me that it was going to cost me more money to redo my hair even though I wasn't happy. After coming to an agreement she then completely ghosted me.. I'm extremely unhappy with this experience and would really like for something to had been done instead of me having to give this lengthy review. By the way being too busy isn't an excuse to not handle unsatisfied customers.

Chalsea is amazing! She's super kind, easy to talk to, and really listens to what you want. I love how communicative she is--she always checks in to make sure we're on the same page, and I never feel rushed. She's also really accommodating with scheduling and always on time which I appreciate so much. On top of all that, she's seriously talented. Every time I leave, my hair looks amazing. I seen Clarisa's stuff on TikTok and her work looked amazing. I needed to find someone to give my hair a trim. And honestly I don't let anyone cut my hair. I looked her up on instagram and I needed up booking her. I been going to her for about 2 years for my trims. And I started taking my oldest also. We both really liked how she informs you about how much she will cut and Actually listens to your input. She tells you what she thinks would look good depending on your hair type. She also introduced me to my new hair product that I use on a daily and in the shower which is LOMA. I seen my hair with so much difference. I also took my 5 year old to get her 1st hair cut ever. She got a trim and some new bangs. My little one didn't seem happy in the chair lol but Clarisa did great with her and just kept on talking. At the end when we were leaving my little one said I like my hair lol. So we will for sure keep on going back. I also love how convenient to book with her on her Instagram page.

I booked a cut and color with Cyn, and she did amazing! Initial appointment took a while but it was soo worth it. Had to come in again since some color washed out but that was my hairs fault for not holding color and my own for using ACV. Reasonably priced too like 100$ cheaper than other salons. The other stylists seemed so nice too, but I loved Cyn and would recommend booking with her if you're thinking about coming. I am soo sad I'm moving states so I won't have another experience here but my stylist Cyn was kind enough to give me the formula for the dye! 10/10 service

honestly, the best salon i've been to & the service is amazing. I booked an appointment with Desire and she popped off! 1st image (pink top) was from my first appointment with her in april. 2nd image was just 2 days ago (blue dress) Desire is the sweetest person and was very easy to communicate with. Yadira was my daughter's hair stylist! She was very professional & caring. She went out of her way to make my 4 year olds first time at a salon a great one! Long overdue but I'll follow Marielye to the moon and back. No one will give you the dimension she does. Balayage Queen. I spent years, my poor hair too, which is super fine, finding the right person. It's so hard to find your person!!! Especially when you have fine hair but want perfection. She is everything! When I first started going to her, after lottts of research, everyone in the salon she used to work at would come over and watch as she did my hair. I'm sure this happened to everyone she did. Asking how she specially mixed my toner, etc. All the other stylists were always trying to copy her technique. To the point it was a bit annoying as a client lol! But how can you blame them? Her work is phenomenal! And of course when she opened up her own salon I followed. She is a unicorn. And is very honest and straightforward about what your hair can and can't do and how long it will take to achieve what you want. And now at her own salon, all of the stylists she has are amazing too. (She trains everyone that rents a booth from her and is super picky about who rents a booth there!). Hands down the best. I hope she never moves to OC or LA because I'd have no choice but to follow her there. And Ik she'd blow everyone out of the water. Unedited photo of my mama hair using heatless curlers. I absolutely love going to Clarisa at Trim Hair Studio. I've been seeing her for years now, and she's been in control of my blonde transformation from the very beginning. Every time I sit in her chair, she makes me feel truly heard and valued, which is so important when it comes to trusting someone with your hair. Because she's been my hairstylist for so long, she really knows my hair and uses her own techniques that work specifically for me. I always leave loving my results. The vibe at the studio is also amazing -- super chill, welcoming, and stylish. I always compliment the studio because it fits the energy of the team perfectly. I recommend Clarisa to everyone. Absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice! Had the best experience. Went for a consultation with Chalsea at the end of of February and booked my appointment in March of this month. When I had my consultation she went over what was what I wanted to get done. Right away I felt welcome and she knew what she was doing. I did have a bad experience at a different location but she made me feel like what I wanted to get fix on my hair was going to be a great end product. She did amazing would definitely go back again and will definitely recommend her because she is so talented and amazing. Love my hair!!! She was very patient in answering all my questions and checked in with me throughout the service to ensure I was happy with my cut and color. I've been going to Mariely for about 2 years now and let me tell you, she's earned a life long client! She's completely transformed my hair from having burgundy hair, to platinum blonde, back to being a dimensional brunette! Not to mention she's also the extension queen! The blend is immaculate no one ever suspects I'm wearing extensions lol. Not only is she an amazing stylist but also an amazing person in general. All the staff at this location are super friendly and go above and beyond to get you your dream hair. 10/10 would recommend read more

I had an appointment at 8 o'clock in the morning. I arrived early at my appointment. 8:15 comes around and my hairstylist isn't there, I'm waiting in the salon for her. 8:25 rolls around, and she finally decides to call the salon, granted she did not call or text me even though she has my number- that she was stuck in traffic. 8:35 comes around and nothing still. If you can't keep an appointment, don't make them. I finally was tired of waiting and just got up and left. Screenshot is a confirmation of our appointment, I ended up leaving at 8:40 after I called another salon to see if they could take me in to get my hair done. I'm so thankful they were able to. Horrible customer service. Booked my appointment for 10am with Clarissa and ended up being left to wait for over 30 minutes. Not only did she take her sweet time talking with the clients around she then decided to do another haircut before she even attempted to service me. Ended up leaving as I will not be wasting my time or money on someone with no regards to my time or other appointments I may have during the day. Was extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for their clients time when we're spending a pretty penny on their services. read more

This was my first experience with both her and the salon, and unfortunately, it was not a good one. I hope she learns to manage her time and priorities better to avoid disappointing clients and losing future business.

Angela was pretty booked for color, so I scheduled a haircut with her first to get in a bit sooner and see if she would be a good fit for me. Before my appt, I also sent photos of my Inspiration haircolors/styles via text and in turn, she had me send her current pics of my hair and a summary of my color history. What I loved and appreciated was Angela's honesty and frankness. She didn't sugar coat anything and based on photos alone questioned if my hair was even healthy enough to withstand another bleach transformation to achieve the look of my inspiration pics. On the day of my haircut appt- she assessed the damage and confirmed my hair wasn't healthy enough at that time to get the results I was looking for with color and it would probably break if I bleached it again this soon. Not what I wanted to hear- but it is what it is...and I had consulted with another stylist prior at a different salon who essentially said the same thing. Angela spent a long time with me listening to my hair goals and examining my hair and we came up with a game plan focused on improving the health of my hair in preparation for my Inspiration pics. Loved the haircut and the vibes w/ Angela and the salon so I excitedly scheduled an appt a month out for the color. What Angela did was amazing! The brassiness/orange/warm tones disappeared, my grays were gone, and with a B3 treatment felt soft, healthy and had amazing shine. I was so impressed I booked her for the same thing again! I am beyond thrilled to have found a new salon and stylist with Angela at Shenanigans. She is super kind, professional, on time, upfront and talented. Shenanigans is right off the 91 frwy in a small strip mall with a mexican restaurant and Farmer Boys restaurant. The salon is clean, huge, and with alot of natural lighting. The other stylists and staff were all very professional, welcoming and friendly as well. I also asked for whispy bangs, and she let me know ahead of time that I would have to train them for them to sit the way they do in the picture due to my middle part. I was looking for a low-maintenance hime cut that was a bit shorter since my hair has a lot of split ends on the bleached portion/partially highlighted sections, along with a face framing style. She was so sweet and chatted with me for a bit when I was conscious (I was fading in and out of sleeping) and helped me charge my phone during the entire process. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders (or head, in this instance!). I'm not super knowledgeable on hairstyles, but she definitely helped me understand what look I was going for before cutting my hair which I really appreciated! The entire process of a gloss and haircut took around 2 hours (as expected at the booking) and cost $130.
