Purchased the home warranty. Every time they come to my home for a checkup they find something wrong. Then when I call to speak to someone the answering service leaves a message, sends an email but no call back or email. Supposed to come to service furnace today but no call no show. When I called the answering service I was told the part didnt even come in yet.. wish I would have gone with Horizon​.. Update..2-23-26...today Keven called me who, according to him has no experince in this field. Supposedly he was a coach prior to getting the job at Fantes. As the conversation was becoming heated. He said to me, "dont have this conversation go this way" he then proceeded to say "you sound angry". I replied, i am not angry but I am upset over the fact that I have left a message for approximately 2 weeks and no one has called me back. Then he yelled " I just got the message on the 17th and I called you back" I replied, so who is getting angry now". So as I was still talking and he was trying to speak over me. I had Fante's install an new HVAC system a few years ago and was very impressed with the company. Service was explanatory. So when I need some electrical work done, I contacted them. The tech they sent had no clue what he was doing, did not know you could integrate wall switches into a Smart Home. The quote I was presented with was outrageous. Basically they would be charging me $500 for labor to change a wall switch for each of the 4 switches I wanted. Turns out the company is no longer family owned and has been sold to a big conglomerate. Lesson learned. read more

Fante's made up an estimate from their Employee Alex/Alex added two Zone Valves w/two Thermostats/He told Me I would be getting another new thermostat in the upstairs apt so they could operate their Own thermostat/Fante's didn't do that work/They said Alex was a Rehash salesman which oh well it's on the estimate. I would have picked TJEckard for also $4000.00 less if I would have known this company wanted to swindle Me doing their bait & catch routine/Fante's didn't even get a "Permit" which is illegal. They waited 5 days after installing the heater to file for the permit but filled nothing in/They also switched the GB-ET60. 61 Extrol tank to a different brand called Prospect/they never sent the first item on the estimate which was the carbon monoxide alarm. I had to contact Mr. Ebner and tell him that that's missing. It took a month for him to send someone out, but that person handed it to my tenant and told her to put it on the shelf somewhere in the basement! And walked away! I then contacted him again and told him the outcome and it took four months to get someone to come out and actually install it where it's supposed to be on the wall. I'm on the opposite side where the heater is. That's against code and they should be fined. it's just laziness yet they advertise they have the best employees/it was finally installed properly per code 4 months later after the heater was installed without a permit. I have yet to see the chimney Certificate as well/All I am asking them to do is to pay me the difference from TJ Eckardt and minus it off my bill and let's get done w/this mess that they made/I think that's fair because I would've paid $9861 with TJ Eckardt not pay $13,845 w/Fantes. The only reason I chose them is because Alex said there was going to be a second thermostat installed upstairs so the tenants can control their own heat during the winter time/if I thought he was lying, which I did not I would've never chosen that company/but they tell Me they fired him & He explained everything to Me how the two zones work & how they would come in on the bill/all I want to do is give me the price of the extra thermostat that was sent for $350 deduction & a big $600 credit off of My bill/is that fair that I paid to have an extra thermostat & all I'm getting back is that taken off the bill? No it is not fair & it is not acceptable. They give out bogus information to the customer yet they think the customer should still pay even though the customer paid for something that wasn't done. instead of saying, their salesman made a mistake and they will take off the difference. But their salesman Alex sent Me an email explaining everything to Me/How two zones were going to be put into the house, then they fired him. Totally unacceptable & inhumane to treat your customer like this. Even the Installer put down at the bottom is the customer 100% satisfied with the job and the Installer put down "No" because there's a discrepancy of the second thermostat being installed upstairs. I am back-and-forth with this company with a Better Business Bureau and they keep saying the same thing over & over again. you would think a company would have looked over that sheet oven estimate which they think it's a contract that I never even signed and someone would've been smart enough to know since Alex put down two zone valves with thermostats that it is not impossible? Or why are we not sending the material? Who runs this company? they don't do a very good job. If I don't get what I am asking for them to do then I will have to take them to court . Plain and simple/I hope they turn around and realize they screwed me over and they're going to reimburse Me/I would never recommend this company to anybody. I feel I have been frauded w/this bait & switch Rehash guy/Also, in this so-called Estimate they don't even put their license number or insurance numbers on their estimates and I have never signed a contract. You can't make Someone pay if they didn't sign a contract. Wanted to get my 15-year-old heat-pump checked out before the next blast of arctic air hits. Called their office over lunch and they gave me a window of 2-6 pm. Shortly thereafter I got a text saying a technician would arrive soon, one showed up at 2pm. Matthew was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He checked out my entire system, pronounced it in good working order, and also pointed out a few parts that might need replacing in the near future. He took pictures to document the state of various system components for future reference. For example, they'll clean the condenser and fan during the summer checkup. I liked how he took time to let the outdoor unit stabilize completely before checking the pressures. Other repair people haven't bothered with that step. He was also very diligent in reassembling everything. The prices to preemptively replace the parts that might go bad (a main relay and compressor start capacitor) were quite high, but the additional cost of a full-year service contract was only $100 more than the $89 service call, so this way I'm covered if anything fails. read more

Company has gone down hill since being bought. They use an answering service, tell you they cant give you a window anymore-they changed from giving windows because the "Techs are feeling rushed" so now if they say "afternoon", be prepared for them to call you to come in the evening-THEY DONT CARE but its ok for the customer to sit home and wonder IF they are even going to show up on time or come at all. So the question is what's the point of making an "Appointment" that works for you if you have no idea when they are coming?? Ridiculous. And let's not forget, that the automated texting notifies you when they are coming, if you don't respond within minutes, they cancel the appointment and have the tech move on...May as well just fold up shop now. DO NOT USE FANTES!!! I've never been so frustrated with a contractor in my adult lifetime. Recently bought a new home. My air conditioner died, Fantes came out and looked at the HVAC and Hot water heater as well. It was the original HVAC system. Fantes representative said by upgrading the HVAC unit I would save 20-30 in gas bills. Quite the opposite happened. My usage, not amount of the bill, but my usage has gone up almost every month sometimes by 40-50%. No one could figure out why! I felt lied to, made promises of saving me money etc. and got ripped off beyond believe. read more

I'm a little disappointed with the follow up air conditioning annual service Fante provides. Last year they come out and clean out the debris and's wash out all the vents , as part of a free annual inspection. When I requested the same thing this year I was told the employee who provided the service is no longer with the company. If I wanted to have someone come out it would be additional cost. read more

It all started when I scheduled a hot water heater flush and water quality check for 16 April 2025. Fante's rescheduled it to 22 April. The tech did a nice job. I had scheduled an HVAC tune up for 23 June, 2025. Fante's rescheduled it for 7 August because the technician had an emergency. (Why would I want my AC unit checked in August?). As luck would have it, my AC unit failed on 1 July. I made an appointment with Fante's for 3 July (10 to 4). Fante's called at 2 to say the technician had an emergency. (Again?) They rescheduled for Saturday 5 July. (10 to 2). At two I called dispatch to ask what the arrival time would be and was told some would get back to me. They did not call me back. I got the same results for phone calls at 4 and 6pm, including 2 text messages. At 10 pm I called to inform the answering service that I didn't anticipate them showing...solely out of frustration. On Monday 7 July, I received a call from a Fante's "supervisor " wanting to hear my story about the weekend. Needless to say I canceled their involvement in my AC repair and also told him to cancel my 7 August AC tuneup. To toss in another insult, I got a call from Fante's dispatch on 6 August reminding me of my 7 August tuneup. I had to remind myself that the caller was only a messenger. I called Wards HVAC in Palmyra and they were out the same day and fixed my AC. Fante's has gone corporate and is no longer the efficient family company they once were. read more

Me and my fiancé used Fantes for our old home 8-9 years ago to have our central ac and heater replaced and had no issues then, so we decided to use them again for our house that we just bought. We have had issues with our heater going out. The tech that was sent out did not seem to know what he was doing. He didn't know how old our heater was. He told us it was 23 years old and then to later say oh no I was wrong it's 4 years old and when you use ChatGPT to determine the age of a customers heater you loose confidence very quickly with the technician. Fast forward a few weeks and heater goes out again and we get a different tech (Daniel) . I can not complain about him! He was very thorough and checked everything. He showed us everything wrong with our heater and even showed how to get heater working again if it were to go back out. He did let us know heater is a cheap brand that flippers use and whoever installed it did a hack job and that we may want to replace it, so he scheduled for a sales guy to come out next day. Also if you need a repair request Daniel if you want a great tech that knows what he's doing. The sales guy comes out the next day and looks over heater and tells us what he recommends purchasing. We go through with the purchase so we don't have to deal with the headache of the old heater. We told him we need a Saturday because we work full time and he says ok but Saturday 1/24 was fully booked so we asked if we can do Saturday 1/31 and he said you got it. So we went through that week knowing we were having our heater installed on 1/31. There was NO communication all week. We called to confirm appt for tomorrow to be told no we are scheduled for 2/2. I called our sales guy and he says he don't know what happened but it says we were scheduled for 2/8. We were given many excuses as to why it wasn't for this Saturday. From delays because of snow, to overworked staff. Nothing but excuses. Fantes customer service sucks! After all the arguing and inconvenience they are finally installing tomorrow but no compensation for there fuck up. I shouldn't have to argue for the installation that was agreed to be installed on 1/31.Update: Heater was dropped off on 1/31 by Neal who got stuck in my driveway/front yard because when he backed up his driver side tires were in my yard not driveway. He continued to spin his tires until he made ruts in my yard. Heater was installed but during installation Mike discovered our Central A/C needed to be replaced due to the coil was bad. We went through process with Neal the sales manager to purchase a new A/C. Mike arrived on Saturday to install the Central A/C and coil and everything was going fine until he got injured. I contacted Neal and let him know there was an accident and we were taking Mike to the hospital and he informed me that he would find someone to get heat up and running and rest of install would be finished another day. I was told an installer would be coming to finish and get heat up and running. Hours later and it started to get dark and temperature was dropping in house I contacted Neal and was told someone would be there around 5:30, 6. At this point it was 48 degrees in my house and we were not happy. We contacted office and requested to speak to manager. The general manager called us and didn't seem to care and kept saying I'm sorry. Around 6:00 Mike arrived back at my house to make sure we had our heat up and running that night. I understand accidents happen but there should be some sort of policy in place for when workers are injured but I was told they normally don't do installs on Saturdays and don't have a employee on call to cover injuries. If you don't do installs on Saturdays then why did you allow us to schedule for a Saturday and why were we told the first Saturday after agreeing to purchase they were fully booked. To leave customers without heat for hours on the coldest day is ridiculous! I can not complain about Mike! He cares about the customers and takes the time to explain things and he went above and beyond for us! read more

I've used Fante's a few times now, and my experiences have varied a bit. The first time I requested their service was to fix my heater. The technician got it back up and running in an acceptable amount of time, and I felt that the price was fair. Overall a good first impression. The next time I needed plumbing services to fix a leak. Not only did they charge me a very large sum of money, but to make matters worse they did not properly fix the issue, as the leak returned two days later. They came back and fixed it several days later, but it should have been done properly the first time, especially since they charged me so much money. I got an estimate from them for another job, and got another estimate from another company. The other company was significantly cheaper, so I went with them. I don't think I'll use Fante's again. read more

I've been with Fantas since September 2019. They actually installed our new Heating & Air conditioning system. Up to this year I have been very happy with their customer service and work. 2025 has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I made my appointment to get my furnace serviced at the end of August. The appointment was for October 23. On October 23 at 5 o'clock in the morning I got a text that they canceled my appointment and I would have to call the office and reschedule. When I finally got somebody to answer the phone I ended up with an appointment for November 17. The window was 12 to 4. I got a text around 2 PM to say when a technician was available he would be dispatched.They never got here until 5:20!! 4:16 i sent a text to find out where the technician was and when he would be arriving. I got a text back that he was on his way and would be here soon. I texted back that I was specifically was looking for an ETA of the technician to my house. I never got an answer back. Like I said he never showed up till 5:20. The technician was very nice and seemed competent, but he did not have a part, a PCO kit, that was required for servicing my unit, I supplied the filter. I specifically told the scheduler that they needed to bring a PCO kit with them on both appointments I made. Which now required me to make another appointment. The technician was going to have somebody call me back the next day to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, they never called me the next day. They texted me the day after that. By that time, one of the dates I had given them for availability I made other appointments for, so now I have an appointment five days later and another day of my time . This whole experience with this company is totally different from my past dealings from this company. It's been a nightmare. I guess the cherry on top would be the fact that I sent my check in for my service contract in September. Shortly, after that, I got a call from my bank that someone was trying to cash a check on my account & was this in fact, my check, which it was not. When I pulled up my account it turns out one check was already cashed the day before for $1546. The other one they got before it got cashed. Which required me to get involved with the fraud department. The only check that hadn't cleared, was the one I sent to Fantas. I called Fantas to see in fact if they had received my check and after they checked with the billing department. They did call me back late in the afternoon. I was told they had not and I was the second person to have said they sent a check to Fantas that was never received. I ended up having to close the account and reopen another one. Which was really a pain in the neck because it was a trust account. I would think twice about doing business with this company at this point in time. Fante's was one of the best in Burlington county and I used them for 30 years. however the business sold and has become totally disreputable. scheduling is impossible. customers with service contracts are suppose to get priority but twice I had to wait three months for a service call and thentime of appointment switched without any notification. and it seems their only "service" is to try to get you to pay for more. despicable business pra! will never use again! read more

Have used Fantes a few times for AC/Heater issues and recently had them here so I called them for an estimate for hot water copper pipe with pin hole leak in kitchen ceiling. They quoted near $1,000. Perhaps they thought I was in a pinch but I had similar issue 2 years earlier and paid less than half of their quote for much larger section to be replaced. The Fante plumbers that were here (2 younger guys) tried to upsell me even further up to $3,000 to add a device to my water heater and replace an additional section of pipe. Needless to say I used the same competitor plumber who has been in business for years for just under $400! I could not recommend for plumbing. their quotes are high and additionally they try to upsell for something completely unrelated. read more

Fante Plumbing installed a Insinkerator garbage disposal in my kitchen sink on 11/13/25. To date I am still waiting for the email documenting the service provided, as well as information regarding the device so it can be registered for future service. After repeated requests for information thru the technician (Richard), I called the company on 11/25/25 and spoke with Lisa who said she would pass on my concerns to Thomas, the manager. Thomas has not contacted me to address my concerns. To date (12/11/25), I have not received a response from Fante's company. I have been a Fante customer for over 40 years. My recent experience convinced me that I will NEVER, EVER contact this company again because their business practices, have changed and not in favor of the consumer. I was also charged $824 dollars for the device and installation. According to the Internet the device costs less than $225. Price gouge much? Watch out! read more

Stay away ! We have two homes. Fantes installed new hvac systems on both about 5 years ago. We've used them for service ever since a they were good, but that's over now. We had a service check scheduled in Marlton on Monday 8:00-12:00 they changed to 1-3, 2:30 I call for a status Cancelled! They fit me in the next day. Okay. Wednesday was thevtune up in Ocean City. Called for status, told me running late, called them at 2:00 for status. Cancelled! i was pissed and they knew it. They rescheduled me for Sunday (today) "first stop" guaranteed! Well, 10:30 I called and was told dispatch would get right back to me. Well it's now 1:45 and no call back. What would YOU do? It's obvious to me that they don't care or are just plain incompetent. Either way we're done. I'm also calling Costco which is where we connected with them through club deals and programs. I'll let Costco know how many lost days these people have cost me. read more

Was getting my AC vents cleaned when the group I used (not Fante's) found mold in the unit. It was also an old AC system so I decided to replace it. After getting a few quotes from local companies, I decided to call Costco. They sent out Fante's who gave me an excellent quote. The scheduling of the replacement was easy. The installation required two days and the service people were very efficient and courteous. They explained the new unit and thermostat in great detail. Fante's made the final inspection so easy also; sending me the information in a nice summary. Very pleased with Fante's. read more

We first noticed our air condition was broken on a Sunday morning. We saw that the appliances had a Fante's sticker on them, which led to the conclusion that Fante's likely installed them. I submit a request for service through their website and by Monday morning received an email and call to scheduled a tech visit. I was told that Fante's charges a $109 dispatch fee, this fee does not go towards any services. I would then be provided with a quote and get scheduled for the repair. We were told our tech would arrive between 1 and 5 PM that Tuesday. Around 3 PM, I received a phone call from the Fante's office checking that I was home because they would be sending the tech over. Of course I was home, I had been waiting since 1 PM. I do understand why this might be necessary and so I appreciated the communication. Our tech Bob arrived and was pleasant. He inspected everything and determined that it was the ECM Blower Motor in our Lennox appliance that needed to be replaced. The appliance is 9 years old, so luckily it is covered by the 10 year warranty. Fante's was able to get the part covered fully under the warranty, and we were quoted $395 for the labor. Bob told us that they needed to track down the part, but that if he could get it that day he'd come back and fix it the next day. He said they would call me to scheduled the return visit as soon as possible. We paid the dispatch fee and he left. Wednesday came and I was anxiously awaiting the call to scheduled the repair. It was well over 90 degrees outside and the inside of my home felt warmer than outside. Around 11:30 AM I received a call from the Fante's office. This was the first of a few different negative experiences with the office staff at Fante's that really frustrated me. The person I spoke to informed me that they had the part and were ready to schedule the repair, I said that due to the extreme heat my availability would be completely flexible to make it work with the soonest date and time a tech could come out. I was briefly put on hold while the employee looked at the schedule. When they returned, they told me the soonest they could come out was Monday. When my tech told me that he could return Wednesday or Thursday at the latest and now I'm being told Monday is the soonest available appointment, I was very surprised. I communicated this with the person on the phone and they said, "I'm not sure why the tech would say that, they don't make the schedule" and then proceeded to laugh. That really tested my patience, but what could I do? This company was able to get part covered under warranty, something I'm not sure I would have been able to manage on my own. It made me wonder if visiting my home was less important because I was only paying for labor. The extreme heat did not help! Monday came and Bob arrived promptly for the 8AM-11AM window. We let him in and he got to work. Once the repair was complete, we turned on the AC and noticed it was extremely loud. We also heard water. Bob said that the water would evaporate. We assumed that since it had been well over a week that the AC was off, and the inside of our home was over 80 degrees, that it might be loud due to how hard the unit was working to cool the place down. Tuesday morning comes and it sounds even louder. I decide to do some investigating and find almost 40 gallons of water sitting beneath my AC unit. This was not the kind of water that could just evaporate. I called Bob directly (he had called me to notify me when he arrived, so I had his contact information) and told him what was going on. I don't think he fully understood the amount of water I was looking at. He apologized, said he should have wetvac-ed it up before he left but that he thought it would have evaporated by now. I told him it was over a foot deep and that the sound was similar to a jet engine under water. He then told me to try to clear the water out myself, and if I couldn't manage to call the office and have them send him back out. At this point, I'll admit, I was pretty pissed. I had spent over $500 to still have problems with my AC. I called the office and explained the problem at which point the person I spoke to laughed as they told me that it sounds unrelated to the initial problem. I don't think that is an appropriate way to treat customers. They said they would send Bob back out ASAP. I explained that I would not be paying another dispatch fee. They told me that if there was additional work needed, I would have to cover those costs. Bob returned and found that there was a clog preventing the water from being cleared by our pump. Water was filtering through the system and pooling. He was very kind and apologized for not having checked after his visit on Monday. The problem is now solved, and I did genuinely appreciate everything Bob did to help and educate us. I wish that the staff that manages the phones had more compassion for customers. It is unlikely that I would call Fante's again. read more

A $15000 HVAC Lennox system replacement required 3 services calls, multiple email communications with pictures to show them what's wrong, and still not complete. 1. ductwork and plenum in crawl space not seal, luckily I went down to check. especially ductwork connection was left with 1-2 inches gaps. 2. supply and return air plenums in heating room are not sealed and not insulated. cold air blowing out around the supply plenum. I had to insist for him to seal it. 3. Holes for the condensate pipe/drainage were cut too big and not properly wrap/cover, leaving big gray pimple patch on brand new siding. Worst of all, after 3 service calls and multiple emails reports with pictures, still not being fixed. I had to repeat every time to different service tech and the person answering the phone. one of their service tech also told me the finishing part is missing. 4. weak airflow at register, due to both leaking air and bad motor. 5. weird sound for a few seconds while the unit starting and stopping. then I was told it has a bad motor, for a brand new system. 6. Every time I called and talk to them, I was told it's done to code. For me, it's not professionally and properly installed. I was even told inspector won't go down to the crawlspace to check. Luckily, I check it myself and discover the ductwork was not sealed and left with 1-2 inches gaps. i was even told "you will always get some air flow leak". then why even bother to buy an expensive lennox 96% efficiency HVAC system, might as well buy a cheaper 80% efficiency unit. I should have checked reviews for this company, thought I can trust Costco for their contractor. read more

I'm very disappointed. They sent me an email for a satisfaction survey, but their email doesn't work. So I'm forced to review it here. I was charged $502.00 to replace a capacitor (a very, very small part) in my AC. And then I was told it may not even last one week and that it probably won't even last the summer. Wow... but that's only another 3 weeks away! Honestly, if it breaks down in 3 weeks, I will not use Fantes ever again. It was no more than an hours worth of  work if that much. Was told I needed a complete new system. My system is 10 years old. The tech was cordial enough. I have used Fantes for many years, and they were fairly priced, and I trusted them. Not any more. The tech asked if I called my husband about getting a new system. I told him he was at the medical treatment center where he goes every week. I was not offered any other solutions. Not even a senior citizen's discount. My husband wants to call the company and complain. My advice is always ask for the price first! That was my mistake bc I didn't ask. P.s. I gave it 2 stars because at least it's working now, but let's see if it lasts 3 weeks for $502.00! read more

The team that installed the hvac and chimney seems unprofessionalA the roofer they brought with them to place a chimney did not seal a portion of the chimney to the part that attaches to it and following a storm our kitchen suffered water damage. In terms of being responsive to correcting their mistake- getting them to come out was almost like pulling teeth. Do yourself a favor and do not choose this company. read more

I was talked into buying a service plan when I had my heater serviced. I purchased it and called for the air conditioner tune up. Hannah told me that the only appointments for "that service" is the end of August....when summer is nearly over. The service plan was $252 and I got no service. When I complained they acted like they could not care less and they anticipated it. A man got on the phone and i started to explain that I needed the air conditioner tuned up and he said "yeah you have a service plan, yeah and so". I immediately knew I was scammed out of my money. They took my money and do not care. In my opinion they cannot be trusted. read more

We literally just got HVAC installed this week and I cannot explain to you how professional kind and wonderful this company was. They even are submitting rebates for us so we don't have to do it so that we will get checks sent to us in a couple months. From A-to-Z this company was just wonderful. We could not be happier and with such a big project, for it to go seamlessly says a lot. It was done over the course of four days and there was a weekend in between the project and over the weekend they even texted to check in and make sure we were doing OK because we had lost power in our kitchen briefly. I rarely give five stars out but I could not recommend them more! read more

I called her back and she said I'd be on a brief hold. She dropped the call and had it sent to the answering machine. No professionalism or common courtesy. read more

Hired Fante's over a year ago, to put a gas line in as I had all electric appliances. They quoted me a price, and I changed the equipment that I wanted in my kitchen, so the installer called the office and got another quote. I paid the amount I was quoted and to my surprise, I get a phone call telling me that I owed $200 more. Failed to arrive on Monday. Then failed to arrive on Friday for the makeup appointment. Waited at home both days, all day. When I called to inquire, the company blamed me for not answering the phone before the appointment. Yet no record of any such phone calls exist on either my phone, or my wife's. Our fault they didn't show, they said. I'll never call this number again! read more

So where to begin with the Fante's debacle. System that they installed started throwing codes and they came out. Got it running. Then..... Same codes on 1/30- couldn't send anyone??? Ok. No heat on 1/31 still they managed to get it running and allegedly ordered a part, promising to return and install it on 2/1 by 12:00. 2/1- they finally show up after numerous phone calls at 3:30 and NO PART. So they started to go through the motions of pretending to do something and we called and different company who is on their way as I write this. Fante's was just asked to leave. 3 visits, no resolution. Promised part which never came- you do the math- incompetent and technically inept service. That's what you can expect. Stay far away For me to take the time to write this review, believe me- I'm trying to help someone else save time by hiring a professional. read more

They inspected my HVAC unit per my condominium association requirement. They determined that I needed a new motor. So far I concur. They installed my new motor which took less than 15 minutes. A few months later, when I was using the heat more consistently, the furnace stopped working. They came out a fixed it (the fix took less than 15 mins) and charged me for the work. Something I believe they should have seen had they done a diligent inspection. I feel like I've been ripped off. Also, after complaining to my service tech, he assured me that management would contact me on the next business day. I never heard from them which is why I am posting this poor review. read more

Would give them no stars if possible. Called them two months ago to have our furnace serviced and to have a new thermostat installed. They didn't have any available appointments for two months. Decided to schedule them anyway since their stickers were plastered all over my furnace and water heater. The week of the appointment comes and they call to reschedule for the following week. At this point I figure what's one more week. Day of the appointment the technician arrives an hour past the window I was given, which given the time of year and that it's a day after a holiday, is reasonable. Asked me to confirm that the appointment was for a service on my furnace, which I confirmed, adding the thermostat installation, which he has no notes for. Take him into our basement to show him the furnace and is immediately informed that they refuse to work on the type of furnace that I have. He then called his office to ask about installing the thermostat and is told not to do the installation because if anything went wrong they will not come back out to fix their work. Turns out, after calling them back to find out why they took the appointment, the only work they ever did for this house was to certify the heating for the home's previous owners when the house was sold. How do you certify a heating system if you refuse to work on it? I will be calling the township to complain that a company that refuses to work on the type of heating system we have was used to certify it for a home sale. read more
