[[HIGHLIGHT]]We lost domestic hot water Sat night 5/23/26. Left a voicemail on 5/24 requesting a visit on 5/26. 5/26 talked to Andrew at 7:35 am and he said a tech would be out between 12-4. He kept us updated until Abe arrived at 4:00.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Within 10 minutes Abe identified that the flow sensor on our Triangle Tube Combi unit had failed. Fortunately Abe had this switch on his truck from another job. He replaced the switch, checked the system to ensure the hot water was flowing, and verified there were no leaks. He was finished by 4:30 pm. He also recommended an annual system flush to remove mineral/scale buildup since we are on well water. Abe answered my questions and showed me where the original sensor broke. He was helpful and as thorough as he was in January when he got us back online after a gasket had blown. He explained even though the unit was still under warranty, since Triangle Tube ceased operations 11/3/25, we would have to pay for the part. Stellitano will try submitting the flow sensor for reimbursement under the warranty. We appreciate the effort. read more

They offered to come out a 4th time but said they might charge me more $, even though I already paid almost $1,000 and it was still broken. My wonderful old neighbor who was newly single and just learning to handle her house for herself asked me to see if I could turn up her thermostat.....I tried but the thermostat didn't respond. My central A/C was leaking water, so I had Stellitano's come out to fix it. The first technician worked on it, and left my house, thinking he'd solved the problem. After turning the A/C back on, it immediately starting to leak again. They sent a second technician out a few days later. The first thing that the technician did was to pour water down the drain, which immediately overflowed. The test took about thirty seconds. After the second tech fixed things, I was surprised when I got an invoice for the second visit. I called them and they stated that they felt the second invoice was fair. Stellitano's charges premium pricing; I paid them more than other estimates to replace a furnace because I thought they seemed like a high-quality company. But when I pay a premium, I don't expect to pay for their mistakes. read more

Stellitano does our boiler service every year and installed a split-type air conditioning system this summer. We could not possibly be happier -- everyone we've dealt with has been professional and friendly, over email, phone and in person. The installation is perfect, their price beat everyone else we talked to, and, hey, we got a nifty cooler and cookies after the installation. The thing that will stay with me though is that they were on point with an officious city inspector, a month after the installation -- he came in determined to fail something, and I got Stellitano on the phone to answer his questions and save me having to set up another inspection. Gary and his team recently finished installing a new gas forced hot air heat and central AC system in our house. Because our project was a somewhat complex retrofit in a 2-story house with no existing ductwork, we got proposals from five different contractors for the job. Stellitano was head and shoulders above the others in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, communication, listening to our concerns and priorities, and - most importantly - designing the system the RIGHT way rather than just going with the cheapest or easiest option! Moreover, even though they were the first to come out to the house, they were really respectful about giving us as much time as we needed and not pressuring us to make a decision. And we definitely made the right decision to go with Stellitano! With respect to the actual installation work, they arrived on time, left the house clean and neat at the end of each day, and completed the work ahead of schedule. And the system they designed and installed works PERFECTLY! Our house stays evenly cool and comfortable throughout, with no hot or cold spots. And even though they properly placed high and low supplies and returns in each room, they managed to fit the ductwork into the house in such a way that we lost minimal closet space and didn't need to accommodate exposed ducts in any living areas.
