No one wants to deal with an arrogant and pompous old man. If you moved to town and bought your bike elsewhere, they don't want anything to do with you. I called to get some new tires I bought mounted and balanced, even did the work of removing the wheels from the bike, the guy was rude and acted like they didn't have time today. I asked about next week and he flat out said they won't do anything unless i bought the tire's from them. pathetic turning a customer away, easy money. I should have known, I've never experienced good customer service at this place. no one seems to want to help you in either the departments. been there multiple times and everytime I leave thinking why I wasted my time. they have lost ALL my business.
