When I started looking for my latest new car I stopped to look over their lot and they did not have what I was looking for. About a week later a new car came onto the lot and Brian reached out to me about it. (He had my permission to reach out to me) It had everything I was looking for and was in my price range. The other plus was once I made the decision I wasn't filling out paperwork for hours. 3 months ago I went with a friend who bought a car in the cities. We spent 2.5-3 hours just working on paper work and running the numbers for a auto loan. Brian had me in an out within 30 minutes. Even after I bought the car and left the dealership I had a few more question and Brian was still more then willing to talk to me and answer my questions. The owner and everyone I dealt with at this dealership were rude (except the man who towed me), wouldn't call me back, very hostile. If it wasn't for the officer suggesting this place as the best recommendation at 10pm after I was in an accident, I never would have used them. Very unprofessional and ridiculously overcharged. We called him 7pm middle of the week on our cross country drive with our Mercedes Sprinter van. We were worried we may have a gas leak. In the span of just 20 minutes over the phone he was able to guide my husband on the issue and resolve our concerns by asking really knowledgeable questions to help debug the issue. He helped us figure out that we don't have a gas leak and could safely continue our trip and he didn't even charge us. I would highly recommend him .

We dropped our car off and Karl drove us back to our hotel, then came back to pick us up when the car was done. The fix was easy, plugging in a plug that our home mechanic missed during our pre-trip check. There was no charge for that fix. It happened that we needed new rear brakes. We had A&A replace those for a very reasonable price, so their kindness brought them additional business!! We highly recommend them!

By comparison, Park Place BMW has one advisor working and have NEVER pressured me I went for an oil change and overheard the service advisor talk about his new Hellcat (Hello commissions) as he tried to turn my $125 mobil 1 oil change into a $2500 bill, NONE OF Which was recommended by the mechanic. The BEST was the attempted CLOSER.......he said he would be careful driving very far because my coolant and hoses had 80K miles...........no leaks.........just miles, lol Go someplace , no anyplace else.
