They literally stopped all cars from entering the automatic car wash because the Ellis Car Wash System blocks the entrance to the automatic car wash for 30 minutes while they hand wash a car. I think this is the definition of stupidity and the fact that the owner thought this was acceptable proves that the beat-down, tired look on all of the employees faces is now understandable.
