I attended this school for about two years in high school. Some of the teachers are not qualified for their teaching subject. To put it in perspective, my Science and Mathematics teacher from two years ago is my English teacher this year. On top of that, they seem to be underpaid and overworked as well. Of the teachers who have left, no one has yet taken their place, meaning no qualified substitute teacher has been hired. The curriculum in itself is not very good. A few of the teachers dislike it but are still made to teach it. As a student body, there are almost no clubs or extracurricular activities other than an occasional basketball or volleyball team led by a parent. There also are not any sports clubs, poetry clubs or any of the sort. Plus, lots of electives, like Chemistry, are done online instead of in a school setting. The school building itself is falling apart. It could be classified as a "ghetto" private school. The sanitation is very limited, i.e., broken toilets, cockroaches, etc. Some of the students are closed-minded and harass other students. Closed-mindedness is seen as a student does not act, like, or discuss the same things another larger group of students do, they are looked down upon with the: "That's not very Christian." To put this in perspective, if a student enjoys rock music, they are looked down upon because they do not enjoy a different genre or Christian music. Harassment is hidden with the classic: "It was just a joke!" To put this in perspective, a student will be ganged up on and made as a joke all in the name of a good laugh. This school is a atrocity. I despise it so much, I will tell my future kids about how stinky the vineyard is and how the students (middle schoolers and some high schoolers) are EVEN MORE STINKIER SINCE SOMEHOW THEY CAN MANAGE TO AFFORD TO ATTEND THIS SCHOOL BUT CAN NOT AFFORD SIMPLE NECESSITIES SUCH AS DEODORANT. And how the school overall is not a good school. It astonishes me how you have to pay to get into this school when the gym bathroom (main bathroom) has all of its faucets broken, the locker room smells SO EVIL AND WICKED THAT SATAN HIMSELF CAME TO THE LOCKER ROOM AND CURSED THE ROOM WITH SUCH A DEVIOUS SCENT, and that if the toilets aren't leaking, they probably don't work. I have no idea which monster, GOLIATH strength, middle schooler is capable of putting such a large hole in the wall that instead of putting drywall back over it they literally boarded it up with the DIRTIEST UGLYIEST PIECE OF 2x4 KNOWN TO MAN KIND. And if its raining outside then you better bring your umbrella inside too because it leaks in the vineyard and in the gym. This school is the equivalent to prison but for babies because they literally treat us like we are babies, how come no student even the seniors/juniors can stay in a room alone without adult supervision, some of us literally have jobs and drive a car to school everyday and yet apparently we aren't trusted to be in any room (lunchroom, vineyard, and basketball courts, etc.). The education and collage courses are mediocre with teachers leaving every year or so, I don't blame them as they are most likely being underpaid. I took a collage course that was strenuous and long doing college level thinking and work only to receive not even 1 credit but literally HALF OF A CREDIT, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH .5 COLLEGE CREDIT. THEY SAID THAT IT ADDS UP OVER THE FOUR YEARS BUT I DONT SEE HOW 2 CREDITS WILL DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN WASTE STUDENTS TIME AND EFFORT SO HOW WILL THAT HELP?????? NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE PLEDGES AND DEVOTIONS ARE SO WEIRD WHERE AT MY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL AND OTHER KID'S FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL THOUGHT THAT IT WAS SOME WEIRD CULT MORMAN; JEHOVAHS WITNESS TEMPLE RITUAL. The school seems so understaffed I feel bad for the Principal (Dr. Muntean) as he has had to cover PE classes, multiple English classes, and I think even some math classes. Without Dr. Muntean this school would probably be overrun WITH THE LARGE HOMELESS POPULATION THAT LIVE AROUND THE SCHOOL WHERE THEY LITERALLY SLEEP ON THE SMALL GRASS HILL RIGHT NEXT TO THE PARKING LOT. Honestly I would not be surprised if one of these drugged homeless people came on campus and started SNATCHING preschoolers because this school has no security and probably cant afford it since most of their money probably goes to the church. Now I'm going to talk about the students. I thought that all the students would be nice, caring, and delightful to be around BUT NO BECAUSE SOME OF THEM THINK IT IS FUNNY TO SCREAM EVERY SECOND AND DISRUPT CLASS WITH THE MOST CRINGE AND OLD JOKES THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. Love this school, It has been amazing for all of my children. The teachers and staff have been very helpful and getting my children's education where it needs to be. The after school program has helped my children, make sure they are staying on course. I love that they offer a hot meal program . Smaller class sizes are a plus. read more

My husband and I toured the preschool for our two children with Ms. Anderson, the preschool teacher. The feeling we got was not what we expected from a Christian school or nurturing learning environment. As we walked, listened and observed attentively, she asked "Does she talk?!" in a tone that questioned my 2.5 year old's mental capacity. "Yes, she's behaving." When I had a moment alone, I mentioned to Ms. Anderson that my 3.5 year old is Special Needs and this is his first school experience. She was quick to inform me "Well I have a total of 12 students here. I can't spend all my time watching your son, there are 11 other kids here that will miss out and that's not going to work, we're going to have a problem. " I was completely thrown off about her quickness and abrasive method of letting me know she cannot consider us. read more

Dr. Muntean is a good man. I truly feel he's the sole reason this place is still standing. Other than that. I attended this school for 10 years, preschool to middle school. If you'd like your child to grow up with religious trauma and have fear tactics used on them from a young age, this is the place. (Among many things, I'm fairly sure 8 and 9 year olds don't need to be watching the movie "Left Behind.") I haven't attended since 2008/2009, Then, Muntean was my music teacher and one of few people with any sense. I'm relieved to see he's principle now, but I'm not sure how much could truly be changed/fixed with how deep the issues and politics seemed to run. Glad to see Janna Barnett is no longer apart of this place, as she was a genuine nightmare for many. There were many adults in this place who proved to be more harmful than nurturing. I had friend with ADHD who was relentlessly picked on by multiple members of the staff. He was made out to be the trouble child, and no one was discreet. He knew what they thought about him. We all did. He was obviously treated differently, lesser than and the staff member's frustrations were loud and clear. My sibling went there the same time I attended, autistic and she was treated TERRIBLY. Staff and kids alike. Staff never intercepting unless it was to punish my sibling, for being autistic and other kids having an issue with it. I have many stories and experiences here, most would identify myself and I have no interest in debating them. Unless you truly believe this school has changed, I wouldn't send your babies here. I am a mom myself now, of neurodivergent children and I would RUN as fast as I could from this place. My siblings would say the same. And some of the comments I have read from more recent years, convinces me the change in some comments, isn't sincere or genuine. To each their own. read more

My daughter has been going to this school for 3 years. I absolutely love this school, amazing principal, amazing teachers that will go above and beyond. After long, long search for the perfect school for our children, we made our choice: Trinity Christian School. We love Dr. Muntean, the Principal, under his leadership the school has improved very much, they have a lot of students participating in Math Olympics, Creating Writing, etc. The music program is like no other in town, all kinds of instruments, voice and choir. The teachers are very dedicated to their class and students and I have a feeling they spend more time than they are supposed to. If you are debating whether you should enroll your children at TCS, go to the Open House, talk to the parents and teachers. Yes , it's expensive but worth every penny and sacrifice. This is our very honest opinion and hope other families find it useful. Please do not send your child here for 2nd-8th grade and especially 4th and 5th. Mrs. Horn is the only teacher at this school. All the teachers are over worked and most likely underpaid. This is one of the BEST schools in the area. All the teachers there give 110 percent to all of their students and help us as students grow mentally, physically, and most important, spiritually. As a previous high school student at Trinity, I was given the opportunity to express my creativity through participating in yearbook classes and being a school photographer. This school not only offers excellent classes with even better teachers to teach them, but the school also offers various amounts of extracurriculars and fun activities such as field day and red ribbon week. Trinity does focus and take pride in their academics, but they also know how to let their students have fun and relax. The current principal, Dr. Muntean is one of the best in his field. He is very involved in the music department and he adds a professional light to his students enriching them and having the students actually want to practice by the way he portrays music setting them up for a successful career in music if they so wish. He not only is very talented in the music department, but he has a personal connection with each and every one of his students, not letting one be left out. He knows each student by name and has a specific bond with all of them. Of all the teachers from this school, Mr. Ortiz has been one of my favorites. He is a pastor at Trinity, but he also serves as a Bible and PE teacher to all grades. He makes sure every single student that walks through his doors is taken care of and he helps every one of his students grow in their spiritual life and walk with God. read more
