When on the island, my bride and I, during 'the season' always stop in; seasonal store. Very friendly staff, and a wonderful and exceptionally knowledgeable owner, Edward, who jets between the island and Miami. He hustles, works hard, and has the time to talk with you. Prices there are very good. Lots of Submariners and GMTs, and many other high end watches too (e.g., Patek Philippe, etc.), but Rollies are my passion. Cash or credit. I bought a vintage Rolex in September. It has not worked properly since purchasing. I have sent it to the business's "watch guy" Ian Mottale, out of California, twice. I last received the watch back on 12/23/26, still not telling time! I texted, called, and emailed the owner Edward, no response since then. I have called the Palm beach location, number is disconnected, only voicemail at the Nantucket store. The lack of response and accountability is astonishing! Husband was a serious buyer and the owner of this store would not pay any attention to him. Kept him waiting and waiting after he asked to see a certain watch. My husband repeatedly asked to be helped, but the owner instead decided to slowly fold shirts and told him "I'm busy". Not sure if it was racially charged. Either way, terribly rude owner who didn't deserve the $ that my husband was prepared to spend. read more

I stopped by here on a whim while visiting Nantucket for a day trip. I'm hardly a watch collecting expert but I have a small collection and enjoy checking out watches when the opportunity presents itself. I gotta say I was pretty blown away with how great the availability of watches was here. It had the usual stuff you expect but what made it special were some of the rarer pieces you don't often see. I ended up picking up a watch and was super happy with the experience (helped me ship a watch back to CA). The owners are nice folks and I'm sure I'll pick something up again in the future. We visited The Trinity Collection during a recent trip to Nantucket. We were not originally planning on stopping by, but we were very impressed by the incredible selection of watches on display (as well as by the quality of the various pieces), so we decided to walk in. The owner (Edward) and his father treated us with the utmost care, and dedicated a considerable amount of time to us (to make sure all of our doubts and questions were addressed) - which is something we have generally not experienced in other watch and jewelry stores in the US and globally. One-of-a-kind items you'd expect in a museum are right there for you should you choose to partake. I purchased a watch with a unique history. It was customized for a country music artist that I follow. This time piece ended up as Edward's personal collection, and he decided to part with it. I had a wonderful experience at the shop and chatting with Edward, the Owner. The high quality selection of both classic and new timepieces is nicer and more comprehensive than anything I have ever seen. I had really been looking forward to this visit as it is a well-known establishment and a relative of mine had shopped there before. They did not disappoint. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Even though I looked at merchandise on the lower end of the price spectrum, we were treated with great care and respect by Edward (and his father) during our 3+ hours in the shop this week. Well when I walked by Trinity I was really excited, really nice selection of older Rolex models like explorers, explorer IIs, a few older Daytonas and GMTs. But my experience changed once I inquired about a Rolex 16570. $6,200 without box or papers? He told me it's an "older" explorer II so it is more money. What an absolute joke. These guys are in the business of ripping people off. On top of that the gentleman running the store seemed inconvenienced that I wanted to look at the watch in the first place. If you're serious about older rolexes or other vintage watches stay far away from this place. If you do decide to spend your money here verify the watch parts as best as you can. As them to open the case back so you can heck the movements and pay close attention to the dials and hands. Good luck Back again for a two year update. Every summer when I'm on Nantucket I try really hard to like this place. Recently the owner was on the phone when I was asking about his inventory, and told me to hang on he was on the phone with his buddy. Ok I thought, totally get it, so I come back and want to look at another black faced 16570 Explorer, the guy running the place tells me it's old new stock. Walked in to buy a Rolex yacht master and was walking around the store waiting to speak to the manager when two excited onlookers entered. Because of the unique selection of watches this gentlemen wanted to take a picture. The store owner quickly ran out demanding no pictures because of his massive Instagram following of 456 people. He began to argue with the client and brag about being the billionaires boys club of watches, mean while never addressing the fact that we had been in the store for over 45 minutes waiting to purchase a watch. the level of pertinaciousness caused me to walk away . read more

I've stopped in periodically over the years, never serious, but admiring the broad selection. Edward was alway gracious, despite my lack of serious understanding of the watch world. That all changed last week, when I eyed a nearly new AP Royal Oak Offshore among his collection. He was great to work with - gave me a very good price, especially given the recent market upswings for luxury watches. Moreover, he patiently worked with me on a trade - also at a great price. Owner is one of the least friendly people on the island. We walked in to see the watches - he didn't even acknowledge us, he just walked outside to continue his phone call. Then he walked back in to tell me to leave b/c I was holding a cup of coffee (w/ lid). I did as told and left the store without saying a word, at which point he proceeded to berate me for walking out. We simply walked away, he's not worth the time or aggravation on such a wonderful island. Also, as an avid vintage watch collector, I can tell you that his collection and pricing is simply terrible. Beyond the extensive and beautiful inventory (for all budgets) you'll be met by the owner Ed who will chat you up all day about anything watch related. The delight of any true watch enthusiast.
