What a cool concept--combining a florist with such an inventive local coffee shop! They had a huge selection of pastries that all looked delicious. After the owner described the velvet espresso cloud latte, there was no way I wasn't getting it. It features a unique blend of spices like cinnamon, turmeric, and cloves, plus your choice of lavender or rose, espresso, and a generous topping of real whipped cream. #winning The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a super flaky, crunchy croissant was also excellent. They offer a great selection of syrups too--I almost never see dark chocolate as an option, and it's one of my favorites! If you're looking for delicious bites and a super cool variety of coffee drinks, De Bloom Coffee in Trinity is absolutely worth checking out.

They have very interesting coffee drinks but classics as well! I went for an iced lattes with mocha and strawberry. It was delicious. I ordered the crème brûlée iced signature latte and heavenly hash breakfast sandwich - both were really great. I will most definitely be back to order them again. Haley and Kalynn (sp?) were the girls working the counter at the time and they were so nice - we wanted to take some pictures on the swings with my baby boy and she showed us that there was actually a wall mount for your phone to take pictures - SUCH a good idea btw because everyone loves a good photo op these days. The interior is decorated very cutesy, I love the black accent walls with the plants and natural wood look. It's very spacious inside with plenty of seating, it's bigger than I expected. Will definitely be back - I was raving about my latte and breakfast sandwich all morning!

The coffee was priced well but we were put off by the lack of pricing on the menu board. It's just not really fitting the area although I can appreciate they're trying to be different. I ordered the homemade pistachio latte and it was delicious. I also like their outdoor seating overlooking Main Street. It's perfectly placed next to an ice cream shop for your kiddos to enjoy while you sip coffee. I would definitely go back if I were in the area.

I stopped by the Mountaineer location today (May 6th) in New Port Richey. I ordered a large cold brew with caramel and the cream/dairy on the side because I'm dairy sensitive (so I could control how much was added). The drink was nearly $8, which is fine whatever, given the "large" requested. However, when I received it, the cup was only half filled with cold brew and packed with ice. Looking at it, I bet there wasn't even 1 measured cup of cold brew. There was maybe 1/3 cup of product. When the barista gave it to me, I was in disbelief. After adding just a small amount of cream, there was still exactly half the cup of empty space left. When I asked about it (which is a lot for me since i'm pretty non confrontational) the barista explained that they are required to fill only half the cup with cold brew and the other half is milk and thats how they typically serve it. That is definitely not common for a cold brew. I would reevaluate the measurements since it's usually served mostly as coffee with a little dairy not diluted with mostly dairy and espresso shots (like a latte would be). On top of that, the cream tasted flavored rather than like standard milk or half-and-half, which wasn't what I expected. Unfortunately, the overall taste was horrible enough that I ended up throwing the drink away. If a customer asks for cream on the side because they only want a little, the cup should still be filled at least closer to the top with cold brew... not HALF the cup empty with a large amount of ice in what product they did give you. I felt like I paid for a full "large" drink but only received a fraction of product (ordered a large and got maybe 1/3 cup coffee). Very disappointed and quite frankly was a rip off.
