ordered the Banana Pudding Latte with one shot of espresso, half sweet, and it was really good. It had a great balance of flavor, wasn't overly sweet, and the single shot gave me the perfect boost without being too strong. I'd give the drink 4/5. The customer service, however, was disappointing. When I walked up to the window, the employee (who appeared to be a middle-aged woman, possibly the owner) looked at me a couple of times but never acknowledged me and kept her back turned toward us. waited about a minute before I finally started the conversation by asking about the Lavender Coconut or Banana Pudding Latte. She seemed annoyed by my ordering a coffee until I mentioned I was there to try the coffee and leave a review, and then her attitude improved a bit. If it had been a teenager, I probably would've chalked it up to inexperience, but I expected more from an adult working in customer service. What stood out even more was that the next non minority customers were greeted right away with a warm, "hi !How can I help you?" Overall, I'd rate the coffee 4 stars and the service 1 star, making it 3 stars overall. The latte was enjoyable, but customer service matters just as much as the drink. With so many great coffee and matcha spots to explore, I'm not sure I'd make a special trip back. read more

I finally made it to what might be the cutest coffee truck in the area! Located on Gunn Highway in Odessa, right near the Citrus Park area, Vanilla Bean Coffee & Bakery has such a fun and inviting atmosphere. There's a large outdoor space with picnic tables, making it a great spot to relax with a book, catch up with friends, or spend time with family. On this visit, I ordered an iced Sea Salt Honey Oat Milk Latte and an Everything Sourdough Bagel with chive cream cheese. The latte was good, but I realized I'm probably just not much of an oat milk person. The oat milk flavor was much more prominent than I expected, and I found myself tasting it more than the honey, coffee, or sea salt flavors. If I order this drink again, I'd likely choose regular milk instead because I think it would allow the other flavors to shine through more. Even so, I still enjoyed the drink and finished it. The Everything Sourdough Bagel with chive cream cheese was a bit of a mixed experience for me. The chive cream cheese was excellent and probably my favorite part of the order. The bagel itself, however, wasn't quite what I was hoping for. As someone originally from the New York/New Jersey area, I'm admittedly pretty picky when it comes to bagels. I expect a bagel to have a slightly crisp exterior with a soft, chewy interior, but this one was firm throughout rather than having that contrast in texture. Since I don't eat gluten very often, when I do indulge, I want it to be worth it, and this particular bagel just wasn't my favorite. What really stood out, though, was the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the coffee truck is absolutely adorable, and the outdoor seating area creates such a relaxing atmosphere. I spent time catching up with a friend, did a little reading, and genuinely enjoyed being there. I also love that they use Spaddy's Coffee, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to try some of their other drinks and baked goods. Quaint little coffee cabin that is a hidden gem. The coffee truck is adorable and they decorate it for the holidays so nicely. They're on a great lot with ample parking, plenty of nice outdoor space, a swing, corn hole and shade. It's definitely hidden on the side of an art studio but adds to the charm. It's a nice relaxing place to unwind with a fun and delicious coffee. My friend and I came because I was dying to try the Easter special, Peep latte. It was delicious and the coffee had a nice flavor. I had a cheddar jalapeno bagel with chive cream cheese as well that was enjoyable. My friend had the dirty chai latte and wow, I think that was the winner!! I'll definitely be back to try some of their other seasonal specials ! read more

this coffee shop was quite a drive from Riverview, but it was such a nice secluded area. It was perfect for fall and winter vibes. This coffee shop is housed in a small food truck, offering teas, coffee and baked goods. I arrived around 11 all the baked goods besides one item was sold out and there was a 20 minute wait for drinks but actually waited about 12 to 15 minutes My friend and I both got the holiday latte which was a gingerbread dirty chai latte. They have milk, alternatives, traditional coffee, drinks, outdoor games, such as cornhole in adequate parking. A lot of people had their kids as they could play in the hay or in cornhole or on one of the multiple swings and a lot of people also brought their dogs. This was a pet friendly outdoor café. I don't believe they make their syrups in house. I could be wrong, but it was still very delicious. If I'm ever in the area again, I would Not hesitate to stop by. read more

I love this little coffee cabin! It's nice to have a spot to stop for coffee on Gunn that isn't dunkin or a big chain. There's plenty of outdoor seating and they decorate the area so cute for the different holidays and festivities. The employees have always been nice and get the coffee out fast - even when there's been a line I've never had to wait too long for my coffee order. They also have sourdough bread from a local baker on Thursdays and local honey from the honey couple - it's a great spot to support small businesses, which I'm also a big fan of! The vanilla bean coffee trailer was a cool experience on a Sunday morning! We end up getting two signature coffees, both were very good! The wait in line was about 20 minutes and the wait to receive the coffees was about 25 minutes. So if you go on the weekends, expect to be there at least an hour or more total! They do have a small selection of baked goods, which they already ran out of by 12 PM. I would advise them to order more baked goods on the weekends and even double their order to fulfill the needs of everyone that wants to come since they've gotten so popular! This little coffee corner is adorable! Get there early for desserts. We arrived at 11am and they were out of everything except plain bagels. It was a little disappointing. I ordered the Sweater Weather coffee and it was delicious. The sourdough bagel was good too. There are 3 picnic tables outside with two tree swings that were a huge hit with all the kids. There are no bathrooms on site so make sure you go before you visit. The service was friendly. This small business is so cute and it's perfect for a cup of coffee on a fall day. So happy to finally stop by the Vanilla Bean Bakery and Coffee Truck. Alexa and her mom were so sweet and welcoming. We ordered two of their seasonal specials the Raise the Flags Iced coffee and my friend ordered the lavender matcha. Both were very good. I was most impressed with the lavender matcha because I wouldn't usually order it and it was so good. Pretty soon they will be setting up on the side of the parking lot and it will be decked up even more. In the meantime, make sure you check them out. Tomorrow they will be in this same place with Food Forest Tampa. We bought our lychee from them, & they will also have mango. read more

I saw this place on apple maps and have been wanting to try it for a while. I went during the fall & they had plenty of seasonal items but the apple butter latte caught my eye (and it was amazing). I revisited on friday with a friend who also been wanting to check it out and she enjoyed it just as much as me . It's all outside seating by beautiful trees surrounding picnic tables to sit at. It was pretty cold but worth it. My friend got a snow latte and i got a s'mores one, we also both got a pistachio coffee cake. The cake was delicious, and their espresso was nice & smooth making the latte perfect. The staff were sweet and helped me buy some of their bourbon honey they sold (plenty of options). The owner and her mom were so sweet, telling us that everything is homemade and the story of why they decided to open up this little cafe. The vibe and style of the setup of the coffee shop is the cutest thing I've ever seen- it made me feel like I was in the mountains in a little cabin. The coffee was amazing and so were the sweet treats. I ordered the iced Biscoff Latte and they place a freshly baked cookie on top on the coffee for you to enjoy (you guys need to put this cookie on the menu by itself because it was incredible!). Found this awesome food truck at my sons soccer game. Nothing better than a yummy iced coffee while sitting on the sidelines. The cold brew was yummy but the winner was the chocolate chip banana loaf!! The cutest little cabin coffee truck! The mother-daughter duo are so sweet and really have perfected the menu of coffee and baked goods. They set up multiple tables and chairs under the trees for your enjoyment of their beverages as snacks. I tried their biscoff iced latte which is topped with a biscoff cookie and oh my god-so decadent and delicious! I ate that cookie so fast and the coffee was perfectly made. My next favorite was the lemon bunt cake which was the perfect size and not too lemon forward but just right. The lavender lemonade was very refreshing in this Florida heat and wasn't too sweet either. The key lime cheesecake was also very good with the perfect golden brown crust.
