Can't speak highly enough about the way I was treated at Mike's. I am NOT a jewelry guy at all. But I came in just before closing time with two simple stainless steel necklaces that I wanted to be repaired. I was treated like it was a Rolex. He patiently explained my options, showed what he had in stock, and offered to order something if I decided to buy replacements. After getting a family heirloom back from a family member that removed the diamond I took it to several jewelers to determine if it could be repaired reasonably. At Mike's Jewelry store, I was given several options in an honest conversation. I could have easily paid a lot more than I did without recieving half the quality at the other stores. The shop owner told me what I needed to know. He explained the pros and cons to rebuilding the ring and also presented alternatives in repairing the ring. went there to get my wedding ring fixed they gave me two options. free just straighten it or 25.00 to fix and clean and polish. I took the 25 option and was informed that a stone might come loose.
