I decided to try this place out because I wanted my dog to have a more close up and personal experience that large facility's can't offer. My dog Buddy stayed there for 23 days. He received a complementary bath and upon picking him up he really was happy and clean. He also got bones that were sent home with him. They also gave me 2 days free. The first thing you will notice in the office is a huge wall full of happy pet owners that had boarded pets there. I will use this place next year. I would recommend it.

He gets terrible rats in his hair and absolutely hates to get brushed. We found Taylor Made purely by accident. So glad we did ! We took him in at 9AM and picked him about 4pm. Definitely an all day affair. I understand why. Let's just say we got our moneys worth. I expected him to be shaved as that's what I thought I requested. He was cut and shaved in certain areas and other areas, NO. Still he doesn't party much and he's a male cat who knows his personality will win them over, not the haircut ! It's been a few weeks and sadly I don't recall the young lady's name who took care of him. Lola or LuLu I'm sure. Not many employees there so there you go. If you have a cat that loves attention, to be wined and dined. This is the place !!

My parents brought our…read morefamily dog to this salon very happy because our dog has had issues with other groomers in the past due to his past traumas with grooming. We dropped him off didn't get any phone call during the appointment that he was acting out or anything. My parents picked him up after he was done and since then his behavior has been very off. My mom kept giving him love and checking him out to see if anything was wrong with him and we noticed a bump on the back of the neck. It looks now to be oozing at the time It was just open not bloody but bled if he touched it. I called the salon to just ask some questions and to follow up how the appointment went since I was not there to drop him off nor pick him up. I wanted to ask some questions myself. the owner of this business returned my phone call and immediately was so offensive. I expressed my concerns to her every single sentence that I had to say I was cut off and told "well none of that happened here". Every time I would ask a question she would also cut me off and when I asked her to let me speak, she said she did not like to be accused. I'm not sure how expressing concerns and asking questions is being accused but if this is the way you handle your business, I can see why you are at such a low volume.
