I have watched it change ownership a few times and then moved into the cobblestone shopping center. We are preparing to get a new puppy. After just losing our Labradoodle and doing a lot of research, I've decided to feed our new puppy, a dry kibble with no chicken, soy or corn. In the past, I have always fed my dogs "Fromm" . Fromm does not make a puppy food without chicken and I refuse to feed my dog "grain free" due to, It is a leading cause of congestive heart failure. I returned my just purchased unopened bag of Fromm puppy food due to it has chicken and other ingredients in it that I decided I don't want to feed my new puppy that I'm getting . When I went to return it, I could not get my money back! Because I paid cash!!!! I was in dis-belief. Like .... WTH cash is king. NOPE! Not to them! If I would've used my debit or credit card, I could've got my money back. I would have loved to exchange it for something else in the store, but they do not have anything in that store for puppies without chicken in it and limited ingredients . They were not even credit it back to my ATM card . I will never shop there again !!!!!! It was only $46.47. That I now have a store credit for. She smelt and looked so nice and was definitely feeling herself after getting all cleaned up! We have taken her back a few times now and are always pleased. We had a sick fish and instead of waiting for work hours to reply, they messaged back and asked us to meet them at the store. He gave detailed instructions on what to do and even wrote it down... which is super helpful as I tend to forget easily. If they don't have what you need, they will tell you where you can go instead of just saying "no, sorry". I can't say enough good things about these people! They are the best! The store is not very big but has an amazing selection of fish, live plants, and coral. The prices are prety decent considering it's a small business. We live on the other side of town, but now that we found The Deep, we go right past the other pet stores for the best service and it is 100% worth it!
