This used to be decent when it was Heritage Nissan, but the service has really gone downhill. We…read morehave 4 Nissan's and this was our place but we'll drive Town Center Nissan now. My husband took his truck to get an oil change and tire rotation. To make a long story short, they did not properly tighten the lug bolts. This is not some minor issue, this could have caused a serious wreck and damage to his truck or even gotten folks killed. He called them to let them know and they were "so sorry", "we have procedures that are supposed to prevent this type of thing" and "we'll do your next service free". No there will be no next service for his truck or other 3 Nissan's. There was also another minor issue in which a special socket wrench that was used for my son's truck was not returned. My son bought the socket wrench and always brought it for any service because most dealerships do not have this particular wrench. The last time it was not returned and when my son called back, less than 45 minutes after he left, they claimed they didn't have it. My son checked his truck and it was not his truck, he only took it out of his truck at the dealership to make it easier for them. IF you choose to use this dealership, please check your lug bolts before you leave and make sure you have all your items before leaving.

Two hours and 15 minutes for an oil change.... 1. I made the…read moreappointment online but it apparently didn't get put on anyone's schedule. (10:15am) 2. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence and another 5 for the check in process to actually begin. 3. Vehicle was due oil change and cabin filter. Rep said it also was due an engine air filter. I requested they check the engine air filter and replace it if needed. He put those instructions on the invoice. 3. I went to breakfast with my sister. Rep said he would call when the truck was ready. I returned to the dealership at 12:30 - no phone call. I waited 10 minutes in the lounge and then went out to see what was going on. After a bit of a search- a different rep finally found the paperwork & key. 4. They had not replaced the cabin filter or the engine air filter even though the cabin filter definitely needed to be changed. So basically, it took them 2 hours 15 minutes just to change the oil. Another 5 minutes just to check out. They are very, very disorganized- polite but NOT customer focused. It is like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...and again, not at all focused on the customer. I used to complain about KIA taking an hour for an oil change....but then I experienced the chaos of Riverside....never again.

These guys did really good work on my first car I brought up there but it was definitely expensive…read more The reason I'm giving this a one star review is due to the work they did on the other car I brought up there. They were nice to me over the phone for at least a little bit until I began being complicated. The reason I was being complicated was due to the overpricing to change out ignition coils that I could do myself and did do after, it was also due to waiting days to get any news about what was going on with the car, and the amount they charged us to replace the alternator (we brought one in) and to flush the coolant was around $760. This price is ridiculously high for an alternator that is on the top of the engine bay. Prices here are really high specifically the labor, arguably not competitive. While it was on me for taking this car to somewhere I know is more expensive this was the only mechanic shop I really went to so I did not feel comfortable sending my mom to another mechanic shop while I was off at school. I will say Stacy (I believe is her name) is really nice and was really sweet to me. While this work was done sometime around August of last year I really do not understand how they would not inform us that the ignition coil connectors on the front side of the engine were so broken they would not stay in. I did repeatedly informed them that I believe those are the ones that needed replace and I was under the impression that those were the ones they would be replacing. Additionally the wires in the connector for the cam position sensor was very lose inside the connector to the point one bump knocked it lose and showed what is a knotted wires that was shoved in the connector. While I don't blame them completely for this I believe this should have been found while replacing the connector in the back of the engine bay. We eventually had to call out another mechanic to come and redue the work that they had done and honestly Andy's garage's work felt rushed and did not look anywhere close to what we paid even though they had the car for quite some time. Additionally the mechanic was 1/3 of the price as here and was upfront about everything and honestly looked like his work was worth the $1500 I paid here. Finally, while they have been really nice to me, they were rude to my brother who brought the van up there to get fixed and did not listen to my mom about anything that she said was a concern about the vehicle. I definitely will not be coming back.
