How can I start, I needed 6 tire for my RV the last time I replace them was 5 yrs ago. I spoke with…read morea Representative from the shop who said they would be closing at 4pm today. If I could get there before 4pm it would be ok. I arrived at 3 pm the guys immediately went to work it was like a NASCAR team no talking each member knew their role. It was amazing to see how quickly they could remove a tire break it down seal and put the tire back on the rim. They did this six times I believe in 45 minutes It was time to pay and leave my jacks would not go up. 2 hours later after reading the manual adding hydraulic fuel by the owner and workers of the shop I was able to drive the RV home with my tires. Can I say not one time did they mentioned that they were supposed to close at 4pm. Not one time did they act unprofessional to me. They exceeded my expectation of compassion and grace. I am 54 yrs old served 28 yrs in the Army currently 2 1/2 years in public safety. I can count on my hands the 5 star service I have received in my lifetime. Today I can if you need a tire service with courtesy, professionalism, I highly recommend you give these guys a try. In my experience you will not be disappointed.
