At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

I asked if I could make an appointment at a specific time and day and he retorted that I may still have to wait for a couple hours to have the work done based on what else was going on that day. Apparently being able to figure out a schedule is beyond their wherewithal. I made the appointment but decided to find another business that would be more interested in the customer. After Mr…read more Bobby checked out the motor, it was obvious that the motor was bad. long story short it turned out that the motor had to be replace. Not only did Hometown replace the motor, they added fuel injection and air conditioning systems along with working on the brakes and cooling syste. The car runs like new. I'd definitely recommend Hometow.
