I took my wife's car in for an oil change. I had no appointment. They were very busy, but they had my car up on the rack very fast. As soon as they had it in the air, they had me come out and look at the rear tires. Both of them had steel showing on the very inside edge of the tire, where the rubber had worn off. I told them I had no clue about that, bit I wanted to get 2 new tires mounted. They then explained that the wear on the rear tires was most likely caused by an "out of alignment" front-end. I asked if they could also do an alignment while they had it. After getting the oil changed, and the new tires mounted, they put it on the alignment rack. I was then informed that I needed a new tie-rod end, they couldn't align the front end without replacing it. I told them to "do it", and they had it all done, and I was out of there in less than 3 hours...Super nice people to do business with. We had an SOS when traveling through Savannah from Oklahoma City as our truck appeared to have a serious problem. It took a bit to find anyone that could help us out, but we were fortunate enough to be led to SOS. Even though it was late on a Thursday afternoon, SOS was able to get us in first thing Friday morning to thoroughly look over our vehicle and ensure it was completely road worthy. We were visiting Savannah on our vacation from Missouri. Ran over some debris on Bay Street west of the historic district in our expedition. Installed the spare and checked reviews for tire places. SOS was just 1.5 miles away and told us over the phone that they had a 20" tire to match ours. Rolled in to store, got our group of 5 in the a/c. Unknowingly, the technician repaired our tire instead of installing a new one. After conferring with desk, it was confirmed that the casing was in good shape and the hole, albeit large, was safely repairable. So for $19 instead of $253, we were back on the road in 25 minutes. Had some work done on and old Toyota a year ago and they fixed the problem for great value. Got in a crash , got a new car that started having problems, went to 4 other shops for help ended up spending $1000's, completely forgot about this gem of a shop. This is the most honest shop in town... When it comes to auto repairs that is as important as getting work done correctly. They are pretty busy so its good to make an appointment for your vehicle instead of just coming in. I usually leave the car with them and they do their best to fit it in based on work needed. They recently opened up a "mid size truck" shop area for 2500/3500 diesel trucks, which is a big plus! Basically, I use them and refer people to them all the time! read more
