I wanted the battery charged if needed and evaluated. They gave me a price of $140 to test and $200-$250 for a new battery if needed. I opted to go to Savannah Toyota who tested for free and told me the battery was fine. I did some scheduled maintenance and learned the lower ball joints were leaking and needed to be replaced. I liked the new feature of showing you a video the mechanic made pointing out the leak and the need for a cabin filter. Integrity told me their inspection is a complete work up but that's pretty much what Toyota did. I told them I could see$25 or so for a battery test to see how many amps are cranking. I'm still searching for a local mechanic that has reasonable prices for good work to get away from high Dealer prices.

We took our son's car in because it was overheating. Their diagnosis was that the head gasket was blown and the car needed a new engine. We were very reluctant to accept this, asked if they could just do the head gasket and they refused. So we towed the car to the Southern Motors Dodge and they diagnosed and repaired a blown radiator and faulty thermostat. They fixed them, accepting our aftermarket warranty, we paid our deductible and the car is fixed and driving beautifully. When my husband and I posted one-star reviews of Integrity on Google, the owner became nasty, called my husband "insane" publicly and posted responses saying that our engine was blown (it's not) and that the dealership (Southern Motors) only wants our money and doesn't "care about us". Avoid this repair shop for serious car issues. This was the second car they told us had a blown engine. Maybe the first one really was toast, but this one was NOT. Integrity wanted us to unnecessarily spend $8,000 on a new engine when a $1,000 radiator (covered by our warranty) was all it needed. I wonder how many others they've scammed through the years?

I had made an appointment because my "Check Engine Soon" light had come on, in addition to needing an oil change and a repair having to do with an issue with my windshield washer fluid not dispensing when the reservoir was full. I was greeted upon entering the office and was taken immediately to wait in a nice, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, beverages and snacks. The repairs were completed within the time frame they promised, and the car ran beautifully once on the road. I love the very detailed scope of work with fees that they provided, in addition to receiving an email a few days later with a link to their website where I could schedule a future appointment and even see a history of all the work that had been done on my car. That last feature I really appreciate and relieves me of the necessity of having to search through my auto records to see what work had been done in the past and what still needed to be done in the future. Needless to say, I highly recommend Auto Intensive Care.

Maybe that's because I came from a large metropolitan city and wasn't used to the small town service that places like Skidaway auto repair provide. Pat runs the place, and upon meeting him I was delighted by his demeanor and his patience at explaining things to me so clearly and simply. I obviously don't know much about cars, but he didn't take advantage of that. In fact, they told me exactly what was wrong, how much it would cost, and educated me on what kind of things other mechanics, less scrupulous mechanics, would tell me and charge me, and how easily I could be taken advantage of. He made me feel like a relative was looking out for me. He even replaced a burnt out brake light for me, FOR FREE, on the spot, without waiting. Here's an example. My check engine had been on for quite a while, and he hooked up his magic gizmo to my car and within 30 seconds told me that a gas tank sensor was faulty and responsible for the check engine light. To replace the part with labor would cost about $300. However, by simply replacing my gas cap ($3 at any auto part shop) and not minding a few "false" fill up click-offs at the gas tank, I could live with the check engine light and save $300. This was on my FIRST visit to his shop! Now, tell me, in this day and age, with the economy hurting, who does that?! Pat does. The peace of mind I now have in knowing that I have an auto mechanic I can trust and who's fun to talk to, is yet another reason why I am increasingly enjoying living in Savannah. Trust me. However they were unable to 'fix' a knock that my 2014 CRV kept experiencing after their so called fix after 4 trips. First bill was for $1400...no detailed receipt so can't remember exactly what was replaced. The next 3 times it was for a compressor replacement which obviously was not the issue as it kept knocking. We paid $1000 one time and then no charge on the next two replacements....however we all know what an inconvenience (but necessary) these issues are. Was told the second compressor replaced the 'defective' one and then the 3rd one was a different manufacturer which ended making the knock worse! Ended up at another auto repair and short story....the knock was finally fixed and the bill at half the cost of the original $1400. Called Skidaway to ask for some reimbursement and stated he would not offer any as "we didn't have the part to give him". There was no part to give back cause it wasn't the compressor! Word to the wise....do not waste your time going here.

All he did was tear up the interior in that time. We stopped by his shop every single week and all we got from him were lies and excuses until we finally got fed up and pulled the car from him. There were rats in his shop that ate up our upholstery during that period. Do a search on him and look at all the litigation he has been involved in before you bring your car to his shop.

had my AC repaired here in June. their technician did not properly flush/evac lines or replace rear…read moreexpansion valve, leaving contaminants. this caused the new system to be contaminated. i am now needing another AC repair. i spoke with Waldo over the phone, he stated i would be covered under their warranty. i called later to confirm an appointment, as i'm a single mother and need this addressed asap for my children. when i spoke with Waldo again, he stated i was NOT covered by the warranty even though my repair was done in their shop by one of their technicians and the work was also logged in their system. at this point i just want a refund for the "repair".
