The Guinness BBQ Wings were delicious. The Guinness Bbq sauce on the wings is tasty and delicious. The cheese curds were good The brisket sliders, were ok. The brisket was dry so it was obviously overcooked. It's a shame because it was a nice portion of brisket. I think if the brisket was medium those sliders would have been excellent.
