Since we did have to bleach my hair the appointment took a little longer, and it FLEW by because of her amazing customer service. Yulissa was a scammed! showed her couple of pictures and finally decided what i really want but ended up very disappounted. way too different from the picture i showed her. i even asked her if she wanted to look again for the picture she said no. so im expecting she knows what she's doing! very disappointed! don't go to her bc she is not listening to what you really wanted and she will do what she only know!!! she is a scam!!! don't go to her and dont let her touch your hair! she is not an experienced with her work!!! and she is rude! i asked her if i can atleast refund half of what i paid for bc i am unhappy with the result but she said No! not even asked me if i wanted to fix it. don't let use her service!!!! This place opened up a few months ago and I have already had the pleasure of visiting twice. I am so excited to have a regular hairstylist to see and have been overly impressed with both her and the location. I am looking forward to checking out the spa services some day and already have my 3rd appointment booked. The location is located close to everything in Marysville with its own teeny lot and plenty of out front street parking. The inside of what appears to be an old house, is very cute with an etsy kind of feel. Each stylist has their own station and uses different products. I also love that this place lets you enjoy wine (or cofffee) while you get your hair done which makes me the entire experience so much more enjoyable. They also have great hours if you need to come by on the weekend or after work. I don't know much about hair and have very little sense of style, but my stylist Katie S, is amazing. She is a super nice human being and always leaves me feeling beautiful. You can see how great she is with hair on her facebook page. I'm sure everyone else here is great too, but she really impresses me with her knowledge of hair and has beautiful hair herself. I hear she is great with extensions and I love my color. read more

I'm happy that I found a nice, credible salon in my backyard. My hair was in bad shape; haven't seen the salon for at least three months, and I have short hair. So...imagine a mullet. Andi set me up with a appt. and she did a great job reshaping and coloring my hair. I asked for Burgundy and Carmel colors to compliment upcoming fall season. She managed to get what I wanted in one sitting. I have very thick, Asian hair and sometimes hard to do. Other salons had to accomplish it in two sessions. Can't wait til next Spring/Summer so Andi can take me to blonde for the summer! read more

I had my eyelash lift for the first time ever by Bella Voi (Danielle Ballroe) and she did a fabulous job. I am in love with my lashes and she also did my first sugar wax for my eyebrows. She was professional and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. I can't believe how long my real eyelashes are and my eyebrows look great. I would say I love getting sugar waxed verse regular waxing, it felt like a massage on my eyebrows. Thank you Danielle for making me feel welcome and comfortable while getting my 1st ever eyelash lift and sugar wax. I have been and will be recommending you to ALL of my friends!! read more

I was in a panic when I first got home after getting my hair cut here. It looked awful. I know I should have been my own advocate and asked for a mirror while she was cutting, but the place had such good reviews, I trusted Shawna. She never let me see the back of my hair before she just started styling it without asking. Not once while I was there did I get a chance to see the back. Then I got home and it looked chunky and uneven. It didn't lay right, and even in a pony tail, it looked like I'd cut it myself. The bottom looked like a Minecraft build in progress. I was sure I was going back out to another salon to have it cut again. I was furious. After washing my hair out and getting rid of the massive amount of product and the uneven middle class mom flat iron curl job (hate those - I did not request a style), the cut IS at least even. It's nothing special, but at least I don't have to have it redone. You'll pay for atmosphere here. read more
