As a person that loves physical training, I am constantly sore. I had an accident that caused major…read moretightness in my hips, back and neck. I scheduled a few sessions with Bob to heal. The first session is always an assessment. This was to better understand the pain and my current injuries. Honestly, if someone doesn't do this first, I'd question if they really knew what they were doing. An example: I've gotten more injured by another franchise that rhymes with The Oint because they never assessed and just went straight into movement. I booked an hour with a well experienced masseuse that used to work at the Olympics! Bob walked me through what I can do to improve my movement after our sessions, including neuromuscular exercises when I'm home. Before going to him I had MAJOR cramps during menstrual cycles, so painful I couldn't walk. The cramps were potentially due to my tight psoas. Just 2 sessions with Bob, I no longer have that issue. There are so many other issues due to tight muscles that were relieved after my sessions with Bob. And I can't wait to book more massage sessions!
