I love getting Thai massages because it's one of the only things that actually relieves my chronic…read morehip pain, so I've been on the hunt for a new go-to spot. I was excited to try this place after seeing all the 4.9-star reviews on Google, but unfortunately, I left pretty disappointed. Right when you walk in, there's a tipping guide posted down to the dollar amount, which felt a bit off-putting. I'm someone who always tips well over 20%, so I don't need guidance. It just didn't create the best first impression. My friend and I booked different services since we had different needs. I scheduled a 90-minute "sanity signature" massage and specifically wanted medium to firm pressure with a focus on my hip and back. My friend booked an aromatherapy massage and wanted light pressure focused on her shoulders. When we got to our separate rooms, it quickly became clear that our therapists had mixed us up. Mine asked if I wanted aromatherapy, and after I corrected her, she didn't ask any follow-up questions. She ended up spending over half of the session on my right shoulder, barely addressing my back or hip, which was the whole reason I booked. Meanwhile, in my friend's room, once they realized the mix-up, her therapist asked detailed questions about her preferences. However, she still didn't actually receive an aromatherapy experience. She said the closest thing to it was just lotion. After comparing notes, we realized what likely happened: my friend had written down that she wanted focus on her right shoulder, which explains why my therapist spent so much time there instead of following my requests. Another small thing, the website mentions a cash discount, but it's only $5, which felt a bit misleading. Overall, the quality of the massage itself was pretty subpar compared to other Thai massages I've had. If you don't have much to compare it to, it might be fine, but as someone who regularly gets Thai massages, this didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the room was really bright and cold, and the music was really low. I'm honestly on the fence about going back. Part of me wonders if it would be better if they actually followed my intake sheet, but another part of me isn't convinced the overall quality would improve. I'm not sure I want to go back just to find out.

Sara did such an amazing job welcoming me and really getting all the tension out of my shoulders and neck. She massaged other parts of my body, too, but would always go back to my painful areas, so I felt like a got a very holistic full body massage with focus areas thoroughly targeted. Highly recommend Sara--immediately after, I felt so much better!! Looser, the tweaking stopped, headache gone, and I was ready for the rest of the work week. -- They have a stamp card, so definitely bring that! They also accept FSA/HSA!

They all just felt like people going through the motions for the most part. I got lucky with Jackie. She has great yelp reviews, but there aren't many (yet), so I wasn't really sure about how legit she was. I live so far away that the odds of me going to her if I ever did want a massage were really low. But I happened to be in the area with some free time and was looking for a massage. Jackie actually massages like I hope/expect a massage therapist to do it. She finds and fixes problems whereas all the other massages I've gotten just feel like they're rubbing me in a fancy way until time is up. I had tons of tension and knots in my shoulder and back area, and Jackie worked them all out. It was pretty intense the first time when I was at my worst, but I felt so good afterwards. Jackie really knows how to apply pressure and massage effectively. Even though I live so far away (close to SF), I still go down there for massages because Jackie is awesome. The only way she could be more awesome is if she worked closer to my house!

I have plenty of knots, but the therapist did not seem to be aware of them, let alone how to work on them. My back is in significant pain after my massage, whereas beforehand it was just a bit tight. Not to mention, the massage table was covered with musty damp towels, and the level of professionalism was lacking. My overall impression was that the business owner was unprepared for my visit and had an employee who isn't actually trained in massage perform the massage. I tipped the person who performed the massage 20% because I honestly just felt bad that she clearly had tried but didn't actually know how to do a massage.

There's a cozy library area with unlimited snacks, water, and beverages, which made it easy to relax before and after the service. The women's changing room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, like hair dryers, vanity stations, hair ties, lotion, Q tips, towels, slippers, and more. Everything felt well maintained and smelled nice. If you need to head out for any dates or event after receiving the service, you can do so easily here. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse Mila was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked where I wanted to focus and spent most of the time working on my back and shoulders, which I appreciated. The steam shower afterward was a perfect, relaxing bonus. There was a small mix up where my friend's fragrance allergy note got assigned to my therapist instead, and since many of the products used have fragrance, it made it harder for her to fully enjoy the experience. It would be great if they improved how they handle those sensitivities. Overall, I had a great time, relaxing, high end, and a perfect place to unwind, especially if you're going solo.

Every visit can vary slightly, but generally the service and atmosphere don't disappoint. I recently booked a Swedish deep tissue massage. It was good and relaxing, though I personally prefer a more intense, hard-core pressure session. That said, the therapist was professional and attentive. One thing I really love about this place is the thoughtful layout. I hadn't explored upstairs before, and I didn't realize how spacious it actually is. The individualized sauna after your service is such a great touch and really elevates the overall experience. The small boutique is also charming and makes it easy to browse self-care products before heading out. If you're looking for a dependable spa experience in Los Gatos with relaxing amenities and a calm environment, this is a strong choice.

I had suddenly ton's of acne too embrassed to even post some pics but I will! It just appeared out of nowwhere one day when I woke up and it was so awful I couldn't even feel confident to go out ,I didn't know what happened or how. I went to Joane and she helped me with some trial products, simple stuff, moisturizer, cleanser etc, and we tried that for 2 weeks, when that didn't work too well, she added glycolic acid wash, and lotion, and it started to clear! It took a good 1-2 months but I stuck with her routine and even did a facial with her. Now let me tell you about the facial! My goodness, this is heaven made in a room. It was relaxing, and thorough, she gives the best neck/shoulder massage, and she cleansed and nurtured my skin removing all the impurities, I think that also helped speeden the healing process. I ran out of a product and got stuck at home with little flexibility to go grab more and Joane drove to my house an delivered the products, this is a person that cares about her clients, she is expensive but she is not money hungry, you will pay happily whatever you need to because you know she is very fair and thoughtful. I can't wait for my next facial with Joane, and let me share pics with before and after so you can see for yourself! :) Thank you again Joane.

She is thoughtful, thorough and very knowledgeable. She asked me to either bring or take photos of the products I'm using and she's very honest about what to stick with while not even trying to upsell. She wants me to finish the products I have now and then we can reassess if I want to try a different regimen. She also shared which ones to keep purchasing. Her facial is heavenly and my skin was glowing for weeks after seeing her. I'm dying to go back and cannot wait. I'll never go to another facialist again--Joanne is it for me so please don't go anywhere. Joanne has also helped so many people with skin issues and deep rooted acne. It's amazing to see how many people she's helped and the phenomenal results. Joanne is hands down the best! Thank you!
