This festival was worth the drive! There was many apple desserts such as the apple burritos---taste…read morewas similar to but better than the old McDonald's apple pies when they used to fry them, apple-carrot bunt cake, apple cobbler or apple pie with ice cream, whole apple pies, apple empanadas, candy apples, plain apples, oh and the most delicious apple cider I've ever had. Note the apple burritos sell out fast and tends to have a long line. There were other foods as well, live music, many vendors selling their arts and crafts. Some freebies for the children were given out by the fire dept and the local library there (cute plastic fire hats, stickers, book(s), paints and a coloring books, etc). There's a park in the middle of town, where some of the vendors are located and out toddler really liked hanging out there for a while as well. The streets aren't blocked off but it's manageable. There's a rodeo ground area you can park at and a tram will pick you up or if you get there early enough, you can find parking in town. Some parking in the middle of town, off the main street for individuals with disabilities. There's a number of portable toilets throughout. People seemed friendly as well. We can't go apple picking but this was a pleasant alternative.

They don't return phone calls, update their MLS listings, or properly advertise houses on the market. I put a bid on a house they were selling and after several months of not hearing anything, my realtor (not rodeo) found out they never submitted the paperwork! Their rental houses are in horrible condition and they don't respond promptly to fix the problems. Stay away from his company.
