Selected menu created by these chefs was gas grilled veggies + Ballard Sunday Market- potatoes, asparagus and zucchini with halibut and salmon sprinkled with Guerra's Seasoning- farm grown chillies and sun dried, topped with jalapeño peppers, basmati rice with green peas, toor dal soup with onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and eggplant with green peas. It was a delightful meal to remember. Especially time spent together, conversations and knowledge they shared from farming to tractors, and a whole lot more. This food truck is basically a brick oven and a grill on the back of an old pickup. It looks cool and tastes even better! The place is run by a family from Sunnyside. The son and main chef, Chris, went to culinary school and then came back to work at their family pepper farm and start doing some catering. This has blossomed into a truck that cooks based on what comes from their farm and the surrounding farms - true farm to you cuisine. At a fundraiser at Bale Breakers, they were serving chicken tacos with a cherry salsa and masa tortillas. It may have been the best taco we've ever tasted. The chicken was grilled nicely, the bing and rainier cherries gave it some tart and sweetness, to which they added some heat and the masa tortillas was brilliantly done! Just firm enough to hold everything but soft enough that you were fighting it for the inside. It looked pretty and tasted even better. We're excited to check this place out again soon, maybe for one of their dinners out at the brewery! We found out they also cater and if this was any indication of what they can do, the catering should be excellent. Well worth checking out when they're nearby!

She was very responsive to e-mails and calls and her communication skills made it so easy to nail down a menu and details for the event. When working on the menu she was very flexible and accommodated all my requests. We ordered the lasagna but I also wanted to order a a mushroom and spinach lasagna which was not her menu. She used a recipe I had and put her own spin on it and it was FANTASTIC. I had so many guest tell me how much they enjoyed her food and how pretty her buffet presentation was. She met us at the Yakima Valley Museum the day before the event to help set tables for guest tables and setup her buffet tables. She was so attentive throughout the whole event which made the day so much easier for us. After the event she wrapped up all our leftovers for us to take home and we enjoyed them that night for dinner. I myself have done some catering so I really appreciated her professionalism, flexibility and calming demeanor so I would highly recommend her for any event you need catered.

My fiance and I first started talking with Toni about 10 months before our wedding. Toni was responsive and professional from the first email onward. She was so ready and willing to help us adjust/adapt to our budget, she was quick to recommend substitutions on food, and even helped us locate other wedding vendors. We loved her so much after our initial meeting that we added her on as our day-of coordinator as well. When we had to pivot our wedding plans due to COVID, Toni was more than happy to push back our contract at no additional cost to any available date. We ended up using her for drop-off catering for a much smaller, socially distant reception and the food was incredible - the boneless ribs are as good (if not better) than everyone says, the southwest salad is a perfect summertime mix, and the cornbread muffins we perfect. She even let us borrow some of her decorations for no additional cost! I can't wait to have her services again for our real wedding reception whenever the gathering restrictions allow. They never responded and then followed up with an email asking if we wanted to cancel. I immediately responded. We did not and I asked them to resend me the payment link. This was nearly 2 weeks before the wedding and they refused to communicate at all. They did not resend the invoice. They refused to return any phone calls or any emails. When I contacted the wedding venue if they could get in touch because they recommended this caterer for us. They called them and the caterer immediately called them back to tell them that they canceled service on us. They said for non-payment even though we specifically requested payment links multiple times and didn't even have the courtesy to let us know that they canceled service. We were left scrambling before the wedding to find another caterer. Fortunately with someone else was able to come through for us but this company nearly ruined my daughter's wedding. Do not ever use this company. I am adding additional clarification based on their response. They are correct that there were some changes, but they were told well in advance what the final numbers were. Additionally, they asked for payment and I responded to that email saying that I was not able to locate the payment link and I asked for it to be resent. They did not do so. I called and emailed multiple times after that point. They refuse to respond in any way. They were willing to call back the venue to let them know that they canceled the order, but they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me this. Completely unprofessional. If you want to cancel the order, that's your choice but you didn't even let us know this. Again. I asked for the payment link several times. Thanks. I called and left voicemails. It's that kind of loyalty that is going to make or break your event. They are located right outside of the hub bub that is Grandview and have lots of space for parking.
