Bret and crew are awesome! We've had multiple home projects done by Dream Weaver Construction and…read morethey have turned out better than imagined. Bret is honest, fair, and really easy to work with. He stands by his work and is more than willing to change plans even mid-build to help you achieve the look you are going for. If you are looking for a contractor, I highly, highly recommend Bret. You won't be disappointed!

Admittedly we expanded our project as we went, but I have never had a contractor that expected the customer to buy even the basic supplies... ie: paint rollers, pans, etc. ( I have had prior contractors who gave me a quote and they purchased all supplies and did the work.) Fine went down hill quickly.... they don't know how to measure... door jams don't meet the floor, trim in the bathroom is off by more than a quarter of an inch. AND... don't even expect a decent application of paint! The wainscoating buckled to the point of pushing trim out of line and of course that wasn't corrected. Brett doesn't stand by his work either... we voiced concerns and he said he would "fix it" On several occasions he said he would come to do work and he never showed. Last time he was here, I thought he was coming back to do final touch ups but NO.... I have sent him pics of cracked dry wall, paint/plaster on windows, carpets/trim, areas of walls that have missed paint, etc. and there is a window sill that is SOOO out of level you can't set a plant on it. At one time he told my husband, " I didn't know she wanted things so fancy." In my opinion, nothing is fancy but I did expect professional service. If what was being asked was out of his realm of expertise, he should have said so and another contractor would have been retained. He has not responded to calls or texts. BEWARE.

The quality of the work was sub-par at best. The quality of the cabinetry is also not great. The…read moreone owner we worked with became very rude at the end of the process due to corrections needing to be made on the final bill. They attempted to bill us on items that were originally defined as part of the procedure and within the parameters of the overall costs. The electrician left exposed and uncapped wiring in our basement and when he denied this, Kitchen Village, rather than showing customer support, sided with the electrician. You can also expect an unfinished room when they are done. They do not paint or take care of the finishing touches such as tiling. If you want a high quality job, where you can walk into a completed room, DO NOT hire the Kitchen Village.

During this time we've branched out to not only to expand our services and our market but also to focus on providing a wider and broader selection of better quality products and truly professional residential remodeling services; all very competitively priced; and all within an exclusive project management system I created and had service marked as CLEARpath; because our clients always know exactly what they are purchasing with down-to-the-penny pricing; even at the first presentation. We have an earned history of working honestly with our clients in a very professional manner.
