I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services I recently received from ( Triple M Movers & Storage) 220 Cushing St Stoughton, MA 02072 From start to finish, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism, incompetence, and outright theft. To start off, they robbed me of money I was owed! The movers were just as bad, immediately setting a negative tone for the day. Their handling of my belongings was careless and unprofessional. Despite my clear labeling of boxes containing fragile items, these were treated with the same rough handling as everything else. I'm sure I'll find damaged items when I open my boxes. They also damage my wall. Idiots! The worst was the stolen money by members in the main office. This is not only a breach of trust but a criminal act which I been advised to report to the authorities. (Most definitely) The customer service I received when I attempted to address these issues was equally appalling. My calls were [ignored/delayed], and when I finally managed to speak with a representative, my concerns were dismissed and no real effort was made to resolve the situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Triple M to look elsewhere. Their poor service, combined with the dishonest behavior of their employees, makes them a trash of a place to avoid at all costs. I give the rating of 0 The 1* was only so I can post. Did not get all my stuff back stuff I got back was destroyed and I also found other stuff of mine that they were selling in their store next-door. I got other people stuff they told me just to throw it away. They are much of thieves that steal your stuff and sell it in your store read more

so I hired Triple M Movers to relocate me to my new house. the guys came they packed my stuff delivered it to my house and everything was ok no problem. for me they did an excellent job. good job guys I love it read more

Theu have not gotten back to me, the one call I got was 2:30 in the morning and was vague and hostile, I don't know he didn't sound too brigh. while there is no proof I did begin getting threatening messages right after I complained. I am not accusing them of doing this, it could be another group of idiots, it's a big world. Tje one goon who called at 2:30 also gave the company a different nam, but still thanked me for sharing just how stupid they are. tie your belongings to a pack of wild dogs, your odds are better it will get where it needs to be. I almost don't mind losing all my kids art because you so rarely get to watch pure fools in their natural day to day idiocy. i would say they are corrupt, but they lack the abilit, the owner probably is and these poor fools are making a pittanc. These guys were contracted to handle my eviction. Unfortunate and stressful circumstances at best. I did my best to pack everything I could in the 48 hours between my court hearing and the eviction. The rest was left to them. For starters, several of the crew were mouthy and had an attitude towards me. One actually standing on the back of the truck and yelling insults at me at one point. After my entire life was unloaded into my storage unit, upon inspection, many items were broken or damaged beyond repair. Not glasses or plates, items of furniture like shelving units, bed frames, end tables. I emailed them letting them know of the damage and what I thought of their company. Got absolutely zero response on anything. Avoid these guys like the plague! read more

I wish I could give less than one star. Brockton Triple M is a horrible moving company. They stole from me jewelry, memorabilia and over one hundred new, expensive type, cardboard boxes. Some furniture they completely destroyed, 75% of the rest is damaged beyond repair. They broke glass items, floor and desk lamps. Chairs and other house items simply disappeared. True, it is a family business at least the one in Brockton is, but they are using that to cover for the theft they have committed in my case. The father said: " it can't be that they stole, my son was on the crew". In a non- family- business the director would have said, I am going to report this to the police to investigate it. The one who stole items from you will never work again! They stole gold jewelry, expensive swiss made wrist watches and two gold plated wrist watches among other things. It is interesting that what wasn't gold they didn't take. They are really professional at that. Don't hire them even if they will move you for free!!! read more

These guys were incredible! After comparing with others, they had a very good BBB rating. The owner of the company came over a few days prior to our move to do a walk through and get an idea of what was going. The day of the move, three guys showed up and began moving things down and out to their truck, and even took out some things to leave on the sidewalk. Our 3 story house with garage and cellar was emptied in 3 hours. The movers drove from Brockton to Salem and unloaded 2 dressers to the third floor, 2 dressers and a huge 7' china cabinet to the second floor, and other big pieces including a dining room table to the first floor along with probably 20 boxes to the cellar. They tried to bring a couch up to the third floor, but due to the winding stair cases, it was too tight (the only thing we couldn't get where we planned). They are very careful with packing the many antique pieces of furniture in blankets and cardboard and didn't damage anything. Thank you guys for such a great job! I got evicted from my apartment and this company was hired to remove my things. About 2/3 of the belongings I had that were removed were in usable condition. 1/3 was completely destroyed. Also they refused to pack and remove my small appliances (Keurig, Juicer, Blender, etc.) and I didn't find that out until I was able to go thru the things a few days after they haphazardly piled everything into a storage unit I hastily aquired. Things in boxes were just thrown in with no regard for them remaining intact. Plates and other dishes were actually smashed and left in a pile in the apartment. Some things were so heavily taped that I went thru 4 bottles of WD40 to get rid of the tape and another 2 of Goo Gone to deal with the residue. This happened back in 2015 and now is the first time I have been calm enough to write a review. If I could give negative stars I would do that. Complete disaster and made a bad situation 100 times worse! To top it all off, the people handling my property couldn't even understand any English so I had no way to find out anything. You could not pay me enough to use this company and I will post this review on any site I can to warn others not to use them either! read more
