Great service from a great company. I called the two other options in Sierra Vista to get a…read moreshuttle from Tucson airport back into SV. The first said they would haven't any vehicles in the area that day and to call the other. The other said they would have a reservation specialist call me back - that's now been 4 days without a return call. I called AZ Sunshine Tours and less than 5 minutes later the reservation was booked and paid for. There was a delay leaving the airport, flying into Tucson. I called AZ Sunshine Tours again and informed them that there was a possibility I could be later than planned. They said no issue. The driver was scheduled to show at 1045 and he would wait. Plane landed about 10 minutes later than expected (still 20 minutes before the driver was supposed to show) and he was waiting at the bottom of the stairs near baggage claim. He helped me claim the bags, load them and then off we went. On the ride, as we hit I10, the driver played a historical CD of the area which was my favorite part of the ride. I've lived in SV on and off since 99 and it was really the first time I got to hear some of the history of the lands between Tucson and SV. The driver dropped me off right in my driveway, unloaded the bags and off he went. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Arizona Sunshine Tours. Keep up the awesome work!!!

He was ready to go and on time and picked up 9 women from Ventana Canyon Resort...no rush from the start. We took pictures before we left...you know how ladies do. He was so accommodating and no pressure to get everyone on the party bus. First, he greeted the birthday girl, had birthday balloons in the party van, a welcome sign with eveyone's name wishing the birthday girl happy birthday. Very nice touches from the get go. On our way from the resort to our 1st winery, Tony pointed out all the historical places. 1st -Tucson's aircraft bone-yard. U of A's research facilities, Tony went on and on about points of interests. It was great because a couple of ladies wanted to visit a few wineries and Tony had an itinerary already plan, but it was all flexible. So once we told him the wineries we wanted to visit, he put a great route together. He was so accommodating and had some special touches, like a cooler with H2O, snacks and special appetizers that were so delicious. He made sure we had a picnic, which he provided a great surprise for us at a great location with a beautiful view. The whole experience was wonderful and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Tony really made this a great experience and I would highly recommend Arizona Sunshine Tours.

They also agreed to drive our local guests home as well, in case they really enjoyed the party. ;) I heard from the hotel guests that the shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and helpful. He was available at end of evening to make as many trips as needed to get everyone home safely. Would definitely use them again. Although I am not ready to plan an other event any time soon. ;)

My guests - about 140 of them - were transported easily and on time to from the event. Paul and the Adobe staff have done a great job and I was so relieved to have them get people continuously throughout the night. It took 5 days of back and fourth emails to finally receive a quote and having to hear complaining through email about how difficult of a request it is for them to find a service provider (outsourcing) willing to travel as 33 miles as its to far. I was told there are many unknown challenges with providing a quote for transportation such as traffic, accidents or road construction examples that could effect the transportation price. All problems which have no concern to the customer. From the way it sounds they maybe trying to take advantage of elderly customers who do not know any better by leaving an open door to add extra charges as they feel necessary.

Last week they asked if I could change my pick up from 7:45 to 6:45 I thought okay no I'll do that I need to get to my appointment. I get a text alert my driver was already at my address at 5:45 so I go out the driver says I know I'm an hour early but can I take a quick nap since we don't have to leave for an hour. I said absolutely no problem. Not even 5 minutes later I get a voicemail from Jeff from WMT dispatch that if I wasn't on the bus by 6:30 they would leave me. At this point Jeff is talking out his ass. I tell the driver Jeff has his panties in a bunch and we have to go I make it to my appointment at 7:35 doors don't open until 8am I got rained on my wound got wet my dr was like why is your wound wet told him what happened he said please try and be careful I had to wait I pouring rain again. Otw to the appointment the driver called Jeff directly and said are you going to compensate Kevin for an earlier ride home he said idk we'll play it by ear. Moral of the story is Jeff is a fucking piece of shit bully and I deserve compensation because this isn't the 1st time Jeff has talked to me that way or put me in a shit position like he did last week ever since last Tuesday my nonstop moto is FUCK JEFF.
