She asked exactly what I wanted done and I told here "everything". She then started asking exactly what was I there for. What EXACTLY did I want done. I tried to explain that this was our first time and I wasnt sure what came with the grooming, but I wanted it all done. She handed the phone off to another lady for whatever reason who asked me the same question. I explained again I wanted the whole package like we had discussed a couple of days ago. She told me that she was the groomer and she couldnt help me if I didnt tell her exactly what I wanted done. I apologized and said I wasnt trying to be difficult. I just hadnt expected to give specifics on what was to be done since I had never been to a dog groomer before. She got upset and aggressive and told me she couldnt help me then. I told her that was fine I would just go somewhere else. At this point she forgot to hang up the phone and started taking to the other girl there about what an idiot I was and how they didnt want my stupid business anyways. I walked in to let her k ow she forgot to hang up the phone and I could hear everything they were saying. At which point the young girl literally chased me out of the building screaming at me. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience.

My dog had a collapsed windpipe and had stopped breathing just as I came screaming into their parking lot. I ran in and all hands were immediately on deck. Her temp was very high and she couldn't breathe. They put a tube down her throat and the staff worked to cool her down. Two hours later I took her home and put her to bed. It was an incredible save. I have taken my dogs to Triple Quest for over night boarding, day boarding, and grooming. I and my dogs have been most satisfied with the service and the pricing. Each time we go to the center, my dog happily runs to the owner as he knows it will be a great visit. I have one dog that is extremely anxious and during the first visit it took her a day to settle in but on the second stay it only took a few hours. Which is amazing. Our little trio of babies loved staying and you'll see nothing but smiles and playful faces. They kept me updated on how the pets did while we were away which includes pictures; the pics really put me at ease because I could see how happy they were. The staff is amazing no matter who you speak with or text, they all are amazing people truly. They are animal lovers and it shows. They treat your pets as if they are their own. Kisses, treats if you allow it and I love the drop off form is great. They adhere to whatever the dog's schedule is and they will give prescription medication as well. I especially want to say that I was able to genuinely relax because I KNEW that my babies were being well cared for and loved. Upon picking up our pups, we got report cards and it helps to see how they did.
