However, when I dropped off the sample the next day, the staff insisted that an exam fee was also required. When I tried to explain what I was told on the phone, the staff simply checked internal notes, stated the notes said otherwise, and completely dismissed my account. No one offered to check with the employee I spoke to, nor did anyone apologize for the obvious internal miscommunication. It wasn't about the money, but rather how quick they were to dismiss a loyal client of 6 years without any empathy or effort to align their team.

I called the other day to set up an appointment and told the nice lady on the phone this was our first time being groomed and wanted everything done.She gave me a price of $50 and set the appointment for 10 AM today. The problem started when I called from the parking lot to let them know I was there. The young lady who answered asked why I was there and I told her to get my dog groomed. She asked exactly what I wanted done and I told here "everything". She then started asking exactly what was I there for. What EXACTLY did I want done. I tried to explain that this was our first time and I wasnt sure what came with the grooming, but I wanted it all done. She handed the phone off to another lady for whatever reason who asked me the same question. I explained again I wanted the whole package like we had discussed a couple of days ago. She told me that she was the groomer and she couldnt help me if I didnt tell her exactly what I wanted done. I apologized and said I wasnt trying to be difficult. I just hadnt expected to give specifics on what was to be done since I had never been to a dog groomer before. She got upset and aggressive and told me she couldnt help me then. I told her that was fine I would just go somewhere else. At this point she forgot to hang up the phone and started taking to the other girl there about what an idiot I was and how they didnt want my stupid business anyways. I walked in to let her k ow she forgot to hang up the phone and I could hear everything they were saying. At which point the young girl literally chased me out of the building screaming at me. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience.
