Considering that I value my time and was only looking for the annual shots (that should already be a part of their record), I asked for clarification and sought a way to bypass this needless task. They refused to budge. As a result, I pulled my 14 active records and will be using a different vet. The one star rating is reflective of not only this ridiculous new policy, but the complete lack of customer service in the face of a completely reasonable request.

We were shown an exam room where the veterinarian confirmed our fear. The explanation of the procedure and emphasis on Bow's comfort was highly prioritized by staff. I thought that we would leave with a $500+ bill, but this pet clinic evaluated Bow based on the history we provided, his age, weight, symptoms, and joint health without running frivolous labs or xrays. I really appreciated the time they allowed us at the end and the options we were given for his remains. I highly recommend this clinic and staff. They rudely turned my dog away because we hadn't been there before and claimed that they don't accept walk ins. What kind of urgent care doesn't accept walk ins?! It was unbelievable! Between the wait and the horrible service that was nail in the coffin for this place! I called around after to discover there's only 2 places in town that accepted walk ins.
