I booked a ride with this service. It was booked for the wrong day in their system. In their…read moresystem the ride showed for the next day a full 36 hours from when the booking was made but my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY When I called and ended up canceling the ride it was exactly 24 hours from the booking. The dispatcher told me he would cancel the ride and provide a refund. I emailed the next day about the refund, ended up getting a phone call back from the manage, Gary, who told me they had a policy that didn't allow for cancellations inside of 24 hours. Keep in mind the cancellation occurred exactly 24 hours out. Having said that the manager said he would refund my ride MINUS $18 for credit card processing fees which is crap but I was willing to take what I could get as the total ride was $252. Rather be out $230 than $250!! It is a week later and 2 emails later still no refund and no response from the business!!! Plenty of car service options in Brick and the surrounding areas, buyer beware on this one!! In this case one would be better with an Uber!

We had a group of 6 people going to a concert in AC, we paid additional for the second pick up and for our driver to wait for us after dinner and before the concert. So you know this was not an inexpensive fare. When we got to the Taj Mahal, there were so many cars, that the driver said he would drop off us here..meaning the opposite side of the fountain. At first it wasn't a big deal, but as we walked though all the cars, my husband commented, why aren't we getting door to door service. I truly didn't think this was a big deal, but let it go. What prompted this review, was what happened when the driver picked us up. As he let us out, I thought he said, if its like this later I will meet you here, where he left us off. It was an 11pm pick up. There we NO cars at the door, so there was no reason our party to to be picked up at the front door. It was August, it was hot and humid, and we waited 20 minutes, before realizing he was down the street waiting for us. I admit, we had a misunderstanding, however we are the paying customer. This fare was $600, plus a gracious tip. I did call the owner Russ on Monday and explained our disappointment. He sounded geniuely surprised and apologetic and did offer some type of credit. 60 days later, no credit on my American Express card. We could have driven our own cars, and used Valet parking for better service, and a lot less money. I won't be using Classic Coach again.
