After being recommended to Sima by our water filtration provider, I called them first thing in the morning. By early afternoon they had someone out to check out our system. I had already resigned myself to the idea that our 21 year old pump had died and was just hoping that it wasn't a dry well situation. The Sima tech systematically checked the whole system to make sure he fully diagnosed the whole issue. He was able to find the root cause was an electrical short. He fixed that and got our water back up and running very quickly. He could have easily told me that I needed a new pump and I would have completely believed him and bought it.
